Coarse Gram Flour - 150 grams
Poha - 1/4 Cup
Paste of 2 green chilly and 1 inch ginger
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Hing - 2 Pinch
Sour Curd - 1 Cup
Hot water - 1 Cup
Oil - 1/2 Spoon
ENO - 1 Pouch (Lemon flavour)
Water
For Tadka
Oil- 2 spoons
mustard seeds - 1 spoon
green chilly - 1
Curry Leaves - 8
hing - 2 pinch
water - 3 spoons
Sugar - 1/2 Spoon
For Chutney:
2 green chilly
2 pieces ginger
Coriander - 1 Cup
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Lemon Juice - 1 spoon
Sugar - 1 Spoon
Water - 1/4 Cup

Can u upload Khama recipe without eno?
Originally you ferment it overnight and nothing else can beat the original flavours. Eno is modern day cooking. You soak chana dal for 4to 5 hours and after that grind it coarse and beat it well and then cover and leave it overnight for fermentation. Next morning add salt beat it well in one direction and steam the khaman.
