For Sev Khamani:
Chana Dal - 1 Cup (100 grams)
2 Green Chilly
1 inch Ginger
3 cloves garlic
Water
Hing - 2 Pinch
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Salt - 1/2 Spoon
Powdered sugar - 3 spoons
Limbu Na Phool (Citric Acid) - 1 pinch
Oil
ENO - 1/2 spoon
For Chutney:
Coriander - 1 Cup
Mint Leaves - 1/4 Cup
Green Chilly - 1
Ginger - 1 inch
Jeera - 1/4 spoon
Salt - 1/4 spoon
Sugar - 3/4 Spoon
Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
Prepared khamani - 2 spoons
ice cubes
For Vaghar:
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 5
Green Chilly - 1/2 Spoon
Hing - 2 Pinch
Water - 1/4 Cup
Powdered sugar - 1 spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
