Dewalt Sheet Sander - Full Review and Use

This is the DWE6411 Dewalt Sheet Sander.
If you're looking for a top quality and very capable sander, then this is the one for you. Another awesome tool from Dewalt.
240 volt with a 3 metre power lead. Comes with a dust collector, hole punch, and an instruction manual.
You can either buy the hook and look (velcro) sanding sheets, or just use sandpaper from a roll and attach it with the clamps on either end.
I would not hesitate to buy this product again - but I'm hoping I won't need to!

I'm glad you showed the Mirka ALOX roll. I use the same on my current 1/4 sheet DeWalt sander, though the older DW411k Im considering adding the newer one to my workshop.

You are supposed to pierce the sandpaper from the smooth side to get the holes and that way the spikes do not wear out
you can use a piece of 50mm x 50 mm wood with some felt or underlay stapled on and just press it down
Also the proper vacuum attachment is available and easy to change between the other Dewalt tools with that fitting

Thank you for this video! I had someone who claimed to be a contractor open the box and he threw away the instructions (right before I fired him) so I could t figure out how to insert regular sand paper sheets.
