Pudzian was built like a Greek god and dominated everyone like Achilles did on the battlefield. One of the best athletes of all time.

People can talk anything they want about Mariusz but he had most motivation and determination for winning.
My favorite is Pudzianowski. That's when I learned about strongman. What a legend
Mariusz is, hands down, my favorite WSM champ of all time. There's just this intense aura about him I have not seen in any other WSM competitors. And unlike most strongmen sporting beer guts, he was always ripped like a bodybuilder.
Wait, they banned a guy from "World's Strongest Man" for being TOO strong??? What a bunch of loonys.

It's so hard watching Brian drop the sandbag in the water. Every time I watch it I nearly yell at the TV! "No Brian! Don't let go!" Great stuff again Loz, cheers from the other side of the pond.
I believe Jon Pall's tragic death - his age and the way he died - is a major influence in Hafthor's decision to retire.
