Do you think it would help with a 3rd degree break of the AC joint and torn rotator cuff tendons that were never repaired? And how heavy a hammer to start out with? Thanks and God bless!
The answer is probably no. If the cuff is half gone there's no way that exercises like this one are gonna help. You should seek help from a physio and do something more adequate to your actual level and then make progress.
