Mariusz Pudzianowkski is no doubt number 1! Not just because of his insane physique, which he literally could of done Mr. Olympia if he wanted, but hes also won the most WSM events ever at 5. Dude was an absolute animal.

    Hey Big Loz!
Keep on doing this kind of videos, good content and good quality.
A good friend of mine was a big fan of yours, he was a strongman in Germany and adapted some of your training videos into his training.
Unfortunately he passed away last month.

Awesome video as usual Loz, but I think you overlooked a little the 80's era, Magee, Wolders and Hoebrel were physically outstanding, the first 2 being very lean and athletic and the later looking like a bodybuilder on his off-season.

Just a suggestion Big Loz, upload videos of your training. A lot of recent fans probably don't realise what a beast you were and still are. Squat events etc it might help your channel to as well

Growing up in the 80s, there was a certain Mr Jon Pall Sigmarsson competing in Strongman. Everyone at my school knew him, he was so popular. He had charm, charisma and not only was he strong (first man to win it four times!) he also had a top physique. Viking Power!!!!!! I still say that phrase today... Bring back those glory days of Strongman. R.I.P Big man 💪🏻
