She accidentally called it Flordagold--which is another variety entirely. The one in the video definitely looks like Flordaprince. I grow and sell that variety. She depicts thinning the fruit in error. It should be done LONG before it gets to that stage! Nice video, though.
Yes it would be similar to the parent tree BUT it will not be true to type, this means that the fruits will be slightly different on all your seedling trees.
