@@gingercaudill7219 I’ve done one video on how to fertilize, but most succulents will flower on their own, regardless of what you do and some of them do it a little more rarely like Jade for example but I wouldn’t mind doing another one
@@margiemather7206 well I was purposely trying to show the thirsty ones in this video but a lot of them although they may seem thirsty for some areas, I have to be especially careful because the humidity here is in the upper 80s and when the humidity is that high if you water a succulent (especially some of my picky echeverias) without being extremely thirsty, you risk killing it. That’s not true for a lot of places like California for example, but here in central Arkansas, we can get rain for weeks. It was crazy, the other day the humidity in my greenhouse was 99%. So I have to be a little more careful with my watering. Nonetheless, the watering rule that I showed here in this video applies everywhere so if you follow it, whether you live in a low or high humidity area, you really can’t overwater your plants. And I think the main reason people are looking for videos on how to know when to water is because in the past they have probably overwatered and killed their plants and if they use this method they can be sure that they don’t overwater. So that was the main focus of this video is to help over-waterers
Thanks for sharing old your information

@@clarawillis2437 it’s not stone, it’s perlite which is an additive that is light and feels a lot like styrofoam - it helps with drainage
