What a great last-minute show. I enjoyed it immensely and love Randy Scott. Thanks to him for stepping in just in time. Shout out to Mr. Lawrence for his great performance, as well as the band. Great show.

@@johnelawsummerjazz Yes, I was there and will be there for the remainder of this summer. Just found out about this only a week ago when a video of Lin Rountree popped up on UA-cam from this year out there. I had been playing a lot of his videos and had just recently saw him in Royal Oak back in June. I have to admit I was shocked that you had these concerts going on and I didn't know about it. I have been a jazz lover since the age of 12 and will be 60 this year. I've been watching every video posted from out there since early yesterday morning and am enjoying every one of them. I had been attending Friday night concerts in Southfield for the last few years. With this going on, I am officially giving that up for Ypsilanti. Thank you so much for this great experience. I'm having a great time with many more to come. I have truly grown to love you and your performances, stag presentation, and generosity. Thank you so much for what you're doing. I'm sure all of those who are die-hard jazz lovers appreciate you as well, and I can't thank you enough.

Also good looking out from the Detroit Jazz radio station, of posting the rest of the Jazz concert & dates that attached to the video. You we be surprised when people will take the time to travel to other cities to enjoy Good Smooth Jazz Outdoor Concert Events that is FREE.

Way to go to the Radio station personality Host, that's doing a good JOB, of promoting FREE Smooth Jazz Artists for ALL people in Detroit to Relax Unwind & Enjoy. As much I'm on the internet trying to find Smooth Jazz Outdoor Concert Events, I'm so IMPRESSED with the every Week on FRIDAYS throughout the Summer that the Radio station decide to give the ppl, so much to Enjoy. You Can't find this type of Smooth Jazz FREE Outdoor Concert in other cities, like Detroit. Also I have Randy Scott music in my UA-cam music library in my cellphone.
Finally, this Talented Guitarist is ONE of a Special kind, of how he Connected with the Audience, trying to get the crowd to Loosen UP, to get into their Smooth Jazz Groove Zone.
Please take time to share my Comment to the TWO Radio Personality Host that was on the Stage.

Just a Suggestion to the Promoter of the John Lawrence Jazz Fest Concert, is that you may want to consider to Extend the Dates for Next Year in 2024.
That because SUMMER don't end until the end of the THIRD Week in September. Also people do take their Vacation in September as well.
