Your thumbnail photo is a YUM Pulse Swimbait on a swim jig. YOU NAILED THAT ONE GLENN!!! YUM Pulse Swimbaits rock swimbaits SIDE-TO-SIDE like no other trailer can. They come in fantastic colors and are extremely AFFORDABLE. Again, FANTASTIC CALL Glenn buddy!👍🏻🎣
Awesome. Thanks for the feedback @midwestfischerman!
Yes Indeed, the floating/diving Rapala has been one of my favorite go to lures for fifty years!!
You got that right! Thanks for watching, @Mark-dx8rr!
Switching gears from walleye to bass. I can't wait to hook a big one. Thanks for the review glen. 😎🎣
@adrianalvarado7407, glad I can help. Thanks for subscribing as well.
Great Vid Glen. Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it
Hey Glenn: Good recommendations, thanks. FYI: Instead of spinnerbaits, which I find clumsy on my kayak, my preference for "spinner bait" is to use a willow leaf blade on a weedless belly-weighted swimbait hook with a 3.8" paddletail. I like to let it settle near bottom then bring it through all kinds of weeds.
That’s a good tip as well, @Larry77777. Thanks for sharing.
As mentioned in this vid, no 6 baits will work in all situations or all waters of course. These particular old-school 6 (popper, jerkbait, jig, worm, crank, spinnerbait) might be good for waters with no or minimal vegetation or wood which excludes essentially all BOW's in the Midwest (where I fish) and hundreds of thousands elsewhere I would imagine. I ditch the crank and spinnerb and go with a bladed jig which gets us 2 moving water column baits instead of 3 thus 1 more to choose and it's 1 I would NEVER go fishing without - the incomparable and amazing drop shot! Works when all else fails for me, everyone I fish with, and countless others. These 6 now have 4 areas of the water column covered, not 3 - top, column, bottom, and just off bottom smack dab in front of their face! Aww crap, forgot about the wacky! 6 just ain't enough! 😂
Great informative video!
Thanks for watching @johnowens7435!
Thank you
Very informative. Thanks!!
Glad it was helpful!
That trailer on the white swjig is money for spring time bass here in NE Tennessee. The biggest smallmouth I hooked this year was on that same exact lure and it broke my braid granted it was 15lb test as I was reaching to lip it out of the water
Awesome. Thanks for the feedback @itllkeal!
Great information thank you
Glad you liked it! Thanks for watching.
You have lightened my tackle box. Great info.
Glad I could help!
Zoom finesse worms and trick worms work great with a shakey head jig.
You got that right! Thanks for watching, @matthall8378!
Before people were swimming a jig I would swim a jig at Night back In 80es and 90es on Table Rock Lake and would just tear up the Bass before they even made swim jigs.
You got that right! Thanks for watching, @user-xv1uw7ss1z!
You must be very proud of yourself
@@GeorgeZimmermen no I'm not proud I just tried fishing a jig a different way.
Do you ever fish an old school Wiggle Wart or Bagley square bills?
Those are great lures!
I love using a Storm Wiggle Wart!! Blue with white and orange belly is my favorite color to use.
When you use a finesse jig with a grub, are you swimming it or hopping it?
Most likely hopping it.ive also seen bass caught on a finesse jig by dragging it
