This was a fantastic chat! Shout out to Mrs. Beard of Darkness for looking out for Matt, making sure he was live (even though it wasn’t on his channel). And thank you, Brian, for giving some time and space to support Max. It means the world and more to me!
This was amazing to watch - I am so proud of all you and Matt have done to promo indie Authors, and create a unique and deep interview experience for Authors and Listeners. Thank you💖
All hail the Beard!! Really enjoyed this honest and raw convo, Matt is one of the true gems of this community. Love seeing how he has grown so much over the past year, it's really inspiring.
Great interview as always! I was actually watching it while preparing for my OSCE (clinical exams) and it was so interesting and important for me to hear from a real person who has Crohn's, so thank you to Mr. Beard for sharing. I think often in medical school we are so focused on the pathology and not enough on the understanding the condition as an aspect of a patient's full life (especially in hospital settings...), so I really appreciated the openness . Going off to my exam!
Replay: I wish for more artist interviews. I prefer covers with actual artwork, like Jeff Brown and the GOAT Michael Whelan. I am so interested in how they go about matching their craft to stories!
Late to the party, but so good to see both of y’all
I enjoyed listening to you two over my morning coffee. ☕👍
Wonderful!

It really is. His skills have elevated and his work ethic is inspiring.
