"As long as I have Gradivus, I will not fall!" is the BSFE/FE12 translation of the line. And then, he fell. Not off, he just fell. This map is significantly easier than its FE12 counterpart. Canto and Renewal are both lifesavers.
Where did he fall?? And yeah, that tracks lol. I'm not sure if the counterpart has conveniently placed statboosters that help to hit a key Spd threshold. Or if the Manakete could walk over the mountain. That scared me slightly lmfao
Yeah, this is a really cool hack for sure! I do still need to play FE12 for myself and thus experience these maps there, but it's encouraging that you think they were fun there!
From what I remember, the Bergh thing is a reference to how in the development of a FE12 translation patch, it was proposed to change Belf's name to Vergil, no kidding here lol. That was so poorly received that it was made so that Belf still had his original name. Funny enough, he's the one that looks more like his original appearance, unlike the Reiden and Roberto. Btw love the player phase map theme.
That's so interesting! But yeah, Vergil would have been an... awful name. I'm glad it was so poorly received or it would be such a meme lolllllllllllllll Also yeah, the Player Phase map theme is absolutely baller. I have unironically opened up mGBA to play it in the Sound Room multiple times

This is so cool. I love heroes of light mainly because of these awesome side chapters.
