Calling out the returnless fuel inconsistency is great and shows tremendous respect and knowledge. The attention to detail and explanation is why I’m here. The best tuner is not who gives you the max but who gives you a satisfying fun car reliably, what a DD is suppose to be. Which is 90% of the time as stated. I’ve seen plenty of dyno queens burn out on the roller. Keep it coming.

Probably my favorite episode this season. Loved the SS/Commodore footage. Unfortunate to see that they had some issues but enjoyed the explanations and knowledge shared by the crew.

Love watching these. My SS is still stock, and is also my daily, but it's tempting to put on a blower and give it a tune... its the tremec 6060 manual trans and getting it closer to 500 rwhp would be so fun. But also don't want to mess up something on my daily. The angel and demon on my shoulder will have to keep arguing.

You have me worried about my g8 trans now... the 2-3 shift acts like it slips but only sometimes its more like it shifts out of 2nd to N then the 3rd ... I think there might be too much time in the shift

What do you guys consider to be the safe limit for an LS3? I have a cammed Chevy SS making 450whp and it's great, but I'm starting to look at boost options and am worried about breaking the SBE. Primarily looking at an LSA just because you can get them much cheaper but a Procharger would be really cool too.

So being an Aussie I'm obviously very interested in the LS3 chevy SS
If only doing stock LS3 with cam, fuel.. (similar to the black SS) would there be a "better" blower to go with?
What would happen with either going a F1A / F1A-94 / F1R / F1X or say a P1X or D1X?
The engine bay intake looks like a hot air intake, but I'm guessing the intercooler counters this.. would a W2A intercooler system be worthwhile?

Fran is so down. I was cracking up when I saw the clock. That C7 Z06 put down some really nice power. Its going to be a monster on the streets. So much potential with that black SS. If he had done the appropriate things to the engine and the trans. It probably would have put down 9something to the wheels.
... so from what I'm hearing... Manual SS is the way to go.
They're hard to find though
Prices on a used manual SS sedan are holding steady at 40k+ at the dealership. And they are even higher from private sellers.
Several reviews of the SS in 2016 and 2017 said that the manual was a way better option than the auto.

Frozen Stang I’ve been around from the Genesis. His camo wrapped Vette mods were done by RPM. As an older guy the begging for merch sales has become a nuisance on UA-cam. This RPM channel is not backed by UA-cam views and merch sales. Granted it’s getting bigger and they do promote but not like Mike. He’s basically begging and runs to InShane Designs to cry for sales. That’s great he became rich from the suckers. It’s just sad these teenagers are giving this guy their allowance money so he can buy a Lambo for his wife or whatever exotic car he wants next. The blue car KP has scared Mike and one of the reasons he sold it. Fran is a real racer, talented at the track not just on the street. I’m not knocking Mike, he found his niche it’s just sad he’s got the little kids thinking he’s a car guy.
