I love the little guitar riff before the fight begins, its like a callback to the other versions of megalovania which is mysteriously absent in the undertale version
I think in hard mode they should have Sans fight the character earlier while on genocide (higher tolerance for breaking Toriel’s promise than on normal difficulty)
i remember beating him on my phone 2 years ago, i was literally shaking and almost started crying because it took me probably 3 or 4 months to beat it. i was so happy that my mom was like "wtf is he doing screaming??" my heart was beating literally so fast im not even lying. it was literally the feel of accomplishment dudeee...
@@webaccount167 basically back then there was a UT Android Port that with the help of the engine itself it was possible to make Undertale playable on those devices, but it was also neccesary to download an app that would be able to simulate a gamepad, having to set it up and generally was hard to control the game with it So people despite playin UT on phones, completing one of the routes was one hell of a challenge on one
I'm a little sad the smash version is used, it's more triumphant and less heavy than the UT version, which I think this song should be, considering why it's playing. Also, it has no guitar solo and that always makes me sad. The best part of the UT Megalovania imo. (It's my favorite bit, at least)
Genocide is a hard route, not because its difficult, not only, also genocide route is hard because you know that you killing your friends, killing your friends again, again, and over, and over, and over again.
I wish Toby had made the Sans fight harder, not by a lot, but by a decent amount (having it be the same as it is now but with most attacks being faster or lasting longer etc)… Considering Sans is the final boss in a route that’s supposed to make you give up, he should’ve been harder to beat
My first undertale experience was on console, and yes, I beat sans undertal on console (ps4 to be exact) same with deltarune and yes, beat jevil and spamtoe neo + snowgrave (PS: sans took my over 100 attempts + on my obliteration playthru’s I quit at undyne 2 times and 1 time on sans, resetting but still going for it the next day, deltarune took me less attempts but jevil was as hard as sans tbh)

After i beat this boy when i was i kid, i didn't only wanted to finish him, i wanted to humilate him for killing all those times and them i started to go back after defeating him just to defeat him again, and now that's way characters Spamton and Jevil are extremily easy for me...

The smash version is an optional replacement in the music folder, you can choose to keep the original megalovania
There's an Megalovania arrangement by Risty that includes the best of both worlds. It's hard for them to include, but it'd be awesome
