Quick Fill In Walmart Grocery Haul! | Vegan & Prices Shown! | January 2023

Oatmeal Cake Recipe
2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)
3 scoops protein powder ( 1 1/2 servings)
2 tbsp baking powder
3 heaping spoonfuls of ground flax meal
Cinnamon to taste
Handful of walnuts, chopped
Handful of chocolate chips (you can use fruit instead of you prefer)
2-3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1 tbsp vanilla extract (I’ve been using the vanilla bean paste from Trader Joe’s!)
3 1/2 to 4 cups of almond milk (the batter should be pretty thin consistency)
1/4 cup of maple syrup (I’ve been using a sugar free version and it’s great still!)
Mix all together! You don’t even have to do wet ingredients or dry ingredients first! Pour batter into two 8x8” pans.
Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 45 minutes! Enjoy!
It’s delicious warm but also great cold!

Great video!! I have to mention that my family and I use the best vegan cornbread recipe weekly. It’s so easy to make. The creator is Nora cooks and I love all her recipes. I hope you try 😊 we just cut the sugar amount in half.
Gonna look for the Jiffy cornbread mix it. I grew up with it and used it as an adult as well as my go to cornbread mix.
I have had field roast sausage and it is good. I've had almost all of them really good.
Field roast sausage are delish. We crumble the Italian one on pizza, so good.
The Beyond sweet Italian or hot Italian sausages are soooo good on pizza! I like to take off the casing and sauté the sausages into a crumble for a bit before adding to the pizza. Give it a try if you have them sometime; it’s so good!

Kimberly, I recently tried " A -HA" Sparkling Water Watermelon Lime Flavor. IT'S SO GOOD❤ It doesn't have any Sweetners. I, try to stay from Stevia, Equal etc. as it messes with My Gut! Anyway, have you tried the " A-HA" Brand? I hope you made it to the Store for Sauce, Ives Pepperoni & Potatoes. It always gets me. That the ONE THING you NEED from Walmart, you DON'T GET!!! Hey Kim. Wanted to let you know to be careful with the baking powder, there’s aluminum in it. They have aluminum free. I actually just found out about this a couple years ago and did some research. Weird how it’s added when it’s not needed. 😊
