It looked like you have a fun outing. Those apartments or condos above the shops are cute. Definitely would want to live in one for the long haul but might be fun to do for a bit. When we moved here we saw some condos in Panama City beach that had a Starbucks attached and I think even like a little convenience store. I can imagine the condo fees would have been very high of course that's not even including mortgage and insurance. If I had more money and less pets it might be fun living in one and walk to the beach every day.😆
I am from NJ and $800 a month would be a dream to pay for a condo! I paid $1,000 a month for an one bedroom apartment in a nice, but old building. And that was eight years ago. My friend paid $1,800 a month to have a semi-luxury apartment last year. For us, $800 would be a steal! And to have a lucky place like that?? I am moving asap 😂
