I'm a BIG Gardein consumer. Every week I make big tofu scramble (with vegan sausage) some kind of heavy bean dish like chili or soup, have a salad every day and the rest I pretty much have Gardein of some kind. I'm single, 68, vegan for 12 years, and perfect lab work so it works for me 😃

Gardein is a favorite of mine. I agree with you… maybe not the healthiest choice but hey… always better than meat in my opinion! It’s all about balance and I love food so I want variety. 😊 also… I just tried freezing then thawing my tofu. Holy guacamole…. Game changer! So… happy rainy Sunday to you and GO BILLS!!!

We are in Atlanta Georgia and a few days ago it dropped down to 12° degrees. I haven't had Garden in a while either except for the chili. Oh I love the Nasoya dumplings they are so good but I never had the one with the sauce. Is it inside the dumplings? I love both the Thai and the Tofu ones. I would love to try others if the are some.
12 degrees!! 🥶🥶🥶 gah! I can’t even wrap my brain around it! 🤣🤣 my friend in Oklahoma I mentioned… she said he’s gotten to -15 and with the wind chill it feels like -47… is that even possible?!?! lol
She has chickens too and trying her best to keep them safe and so far so good! 🤞🏻🤞🏻 she was having issues keeping their water from freezing literally within the hour EVERY hour… and Nate and I put on our thinking caps and remembered back when we had a salt water fish tank (nearly 20 years ago!) the tank heaters!! She got some and a “wave maker” aka… keep water moving… and got that set up in their water dish earlier this week and so far so good!!! Yay!! Who knew a fish tank from our teenage years would be today’s life skills! 🤣🤣🤣

Vegan protein broth - interesting! That's a bummer that Gardein, etc. is getting more expensive. 😕 Do you have WinCo? They have the best deal on bulk nutritional yeast. Natural Grocers also has a pretty good price on their bagged nutritional yeast. (It's a few dollars cheaper than TJ's, per pound.) Oh! Thank you for introducing me to the Barilla protein pasta! It really does taste the best out of the heathier pastas. It's my favorite pasta now.

i forget what brand of fridge you had that died, but i just saw this video about LG and Kenmore fridges..."Federal lawsuit claims common fridge failures are corporate fraud" by the youtube channel, "NBC Bay Area"...At the end of the video, there's something about scanning a QR code....(Also any brand of washers, dryers, etc..have this issue, as well as other fridge brands....Probably made in China as well)...🌸🌿
