    Again, this house is overpriced! San Antonio is trying to pimp potential homebuyers like they're living in Cali!
    That house cost $195k to build, yet its priced 4.5x as much as the build costs

      Ok... don't exaggerate. My partner & I bought land & are currently building in San Antonio. I'm not sure of the specific location for this house specific house, but that's not a 195 K house.

      @sandrae4912 if you are familiar with supply cost then you'd know it's 190-200k max. The builder auto doubles the cost to make back their supply budget then they are factoring in area, zip, resale value etc... I do this for a living and to build that house, the supply budget for the builder/developer was 200k max!
      So yeah, thet aren't gonna charge you the build costs, that's just your initial investment, you are paying for supplies, labor, location and land value. All in close to 800k starting
