How does this overlay hold up for wear and tear on a court like this? Also is the action of the ball off the dribble the same as a regular court? Considering doing something similar on a concrete indoor half court because it looks awesome, but definitely want to know the answers to those ahead of time^^.
So cool! Everyone is complaining about it not being hardwood but who cares? That's obviously a big shop for multipurpose use. This is probably a better option and easier to maintain 🤷♀️
Absolutely! Also, we don’t sell hardwood so it would be a pointless video to show a hardwood install, and much harder to do with this custom design. Thanks
The details are crazy and tedious very precise I couldn't imagine having the patience to build this but I would love to shoot a jump shot and try to dunk on it 😂😂😂
I paint tennis and basketball courts for a living. I do a great deal of logos too so I know what you guys put into this. I've seen all of your vides to include the football fields. This is your best work yet. My only problem with your vides is I can't watch them without thinking of all the pain it would put on my lower back and knees. The tape work on this job is some good stuff. I love it.
Mad respect. Great showcase for what is possible with your products! Sky is the limit on options. How does traditional wood hold up outdoors compared to your products? Lol. Yes we understand this is inside trolls. One thing I like about this product even inside is you can still use the court for storage of toys and vehicles. Probably wouldn't want to park a car on a $80,000.00 wood court...
Great video. What would be the cost difference to just put wood over? seems like this was a very long process especially all the taping. Throw on wood and then a massive vinyl sticker logo?
If you opt for maple hardwood, the standard choice on indoor courts, you will pay around $3.50 to $6 per square foot for the wood, plus another $3 to $8 per square foot for installation.
Also the free throw line Looks enormous in the NBA when the camera looks down above the shot clock for replays it looks enormous especially when it's zoomed in
It looks awesome; however, I question whether or not they would have been better off with a composite floating floor like sportcourt flooring (or similar) that would offer shock absorption and sound dampening as well as better bounce characteristics for probably a similar price point. I can’t imagine this was a cheap job.
I know this is an older video, but does anyone know if the texture that's applied is meant to mimic wood, provide grip or both? This is an amazing court!
This is insanely awesome. I cannot even fathom the time it took to plan this out in addition to the meticulous execution of this work of art! Beautiful job! Bring back our Sonics!
