@@sebaqe Reunion Lake RV Campground in Robert, LA. Sports Courts are good for Basketball, etc. Completely Unusable to PB Folks. If you called they may say Oh Yeah, we have PB Courts. PB Players avoid them like the Plague. They don't bounce.. It's plastic on plastic. The other is a PB facility in Youngsville, LA Like 8 or 12 unusable Plastic Courts. People have tried to find a way but they have never found a way such that they could play a Tourney for instance. TIcks me off - the Sportcourts folks know it's an incompatible surface They just don't care.
My court has the concrete, the best thing is to put it on a 4inch slope and the water will run underneath and off to one side.i have had mine for 4 years now and it is still holding up well

Concrete or Asphalt is superior for performance because it is so rigid, the softness of the rubber and plastic will make you lose your bounce.
