Cool, thanks. I noticed that you had the top vent in the Weber lid fully open? I guess if you’re trying to recreate the hot air flow from a pizza oven you should close that? The hot air is better building up inside and flowing out of the pizza slot, it may help if get hotter and cook faster. Do the instructions mention this or have you tried it with the vent closed? Thanks again
Thank you very much for your video tutorial! How long does it take to make a pizza at that temp (650-700F)? I haven't seen any recommended cooking times for pizza in any of the Only Fire ring/pizza Weber ring attachment videos.
A baking steel will give you a much better bottom crust. These thin stones just won't maintain heat like a full brick oven. I like the overall concept of the Weber attachment but it's clearly not really getting enough heat on the top or bottom based on the doneness.
I just ordered one the same weber with the same pizza attachment, thanks for the useful video. Beautiful pizza and greetings from Italy

It will only take a couple of minutes to cook turning frequently

Did you pay about £75 on Amazon & was it worth it?
