Thank you so much always great to see people around the world are watching my cooking videos. My grandparents were from Poland as well. Glad you enjoyed the video and Thanks for watching
Such a clear, calm presentation. Wonderful!! I am not new to making great pizza by any stretch of the imagination, but am used to dedicated pizza ovens, this shows that good pizza is possible with one of these contraptions! Excellent tips in here for sure THANKS
You should! I wanted to get a Big Green Egg to cook pizzas but couldn't justify the high price. I then found this attachment for a Weber Kettle grill and its been awesome. our family really enjoys it and its not a huge investment. Well thanks for watching.
Your set up may benefit from a top heat deflector. Another guy on here was using the bbq dragon pizza stone. Either way, that pizza looked pretty good. Keep on grilling.
Good job with the bottom of the crust. Last time I made Pizza in my Kettle I didn’t let the Pizza Stone heat up long enough and the crust underneath didn’t come out brown and crisp.
We've been making sourdough pizza crust. We usually pre cook a fee extra for a quick pizza in the oven. What kind of dough do you use? We use corn meal under the pizza.
At the moment we use store bought pizza dough... at culinary school we used to make it so maybe this fall I will try and make it again.... sometimes I use corn meal under the pizza but found flour works just as well
Honestly, I normally just use lighter fluid. I find that when I mix paper in with the charcoal, the paper doesn't burn and have better success putting the paper under. When all else fails a gallon of lighter fluid does the trick. Well, thanks for watching
Yes, some what, but ot helps a little bit of the heat escape to the top so you don't burn your hand when trying to reach in to the opening with the pizza peel. Well thanks for watching
I grew up in the 80's whenever we cook with charcoal, we use a ton of lighter fluid. But yes I know the chimney charcoal starter is designed to be used without lighter fluid.
Wow, that must have made a huge fire ball. I'll stick to lighter fluid, but I have noticed lighter fluid now doesn't burst into flames as much as it did back in the day. Well, thanks for watching
Never use lighter fluid! Use some vegetable cooking oil on 2 paper towels! Otherwise a great video. Thought using part of the charcoal bag to start coals clever. I prefer thin crust New Haven type pizza myself and like how you charred the top-tastes better
Super. Culinary greetings from Poland!

1:45 I thought you were going to say, "Normally you put the grill grate down next, but what I like to do is add a little more hickory" 🤣
That would have been funny... I wish I had thought of that when I was making the video... well, thanks for watching

Great video brother. Thank you for posting it.
Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for watching
How do you avoid getting burned bottom?
Wear pants.
I need to make a bigger pizza. I have an Ooni 16 so looking for a 18”. Thoughts on putting a 20” stone on a 22” Weber. Think it’ll work okay?
The paper doesn't go on the bottom?
Honestly, I normally just use lighter fluid. I find that when I mix paper in with the charcoal, the paper doesn't burn and have better success putting the paper under. When all else fails a gallon of lighter fluid does the trick. Well, thanks for watching
Dude, would you please share your pizza dough recipe??? It's so fluffy. Looks amazing.
Yes, I will. Next time I make the dough I will film it. Thanks for watching
Doesn'T THE OPENING IN THE FRONT NEGATE the need to open the top vent?
Yes, some what, but ot helps a little bit of the heat escape to the top so you don't burn your hand when trying to reach in to the opening with the pizza peel. Well thanks for watching
Thanks for showing the wrong way to it. 😊 (pizza pan suggestion to avoid burning the bottom was great!)
Thank you. I thought that might be a useful bit of info. Well, thanks for watching.
Pizza looks good. Why use the lighter fluid if you have a chimney starter? It kind of defeats the purpose.
I grew up in the 80's whenever we cook with charcoal, we use a ton of lighter fluid. But yes I know the chimney charcoal starter is designed to be used without lighter fluid.
So use lighter fluid or not? You did...
Honestly, you probably shouldn't use lighter fluid. But I grew up in the 80s and how can you not use lighter fluid when you light charcoal.
I grew up in the '80s and I remember my gran'dad using gasoline.
Wow, that must have made a huge fire ball. I'll stick to lighter fluid, but I have noticed lighter fluid now doesn't burst into flames as much as it did back in the day. Well, thanks for watching

Lighter fluid 🤦🏻♀️it’s so gross.
I know... most people would agree but I grew up in the 80s, so I'm used to grilling and using a cup of lighter fluid. Well thanks for watching
pizza?? i’ve been calling it italian sauce cheese bread for almost 40 years, and i’m not gonna change now cuz some Utoober made up a silly word.
hey whatever floats your boat ... thanks for watching
