People praise Usyk for being a technical elite but everyone forgets that before Fury fought Wilder he was also praised as a technical elite. He can do everything Usyk can do and he can also be a big bully and fight dirty in the clinch. He can also fight southpaw as well as orthodox. Fury has so many tools. He doesn’t have to stick to 1 thing if it doesn’t work. Usyk only has 1 style and he’s the best at it. Fury’s technical skill just looks different at his size but it doesn’t make it any less technical and they are probably the 2 most intelligent boxers at HW. I’m excited man! This is such an amazing time for boxing
Fury Fanatics are not going to like this but Bellew is spitting facts. Uysk is far quicker, far more technical, has better footwork, superior stamina, power is similar. Literally all Fury has over him is size.
Exactly, if both fighters were the same size it would be an easy fight for Usyk but they're not. Fury's reach & size are to his advantage, if he fails to utilise his size advantage he's gonna lose. Bellew is talking sense & it's just that simple.
This interview did not age well for all those who doubted Usyk; especially those in the comment section. I hope we get a rematch so Usyk can put this debate to a conclusive rest. I'm glad Fury has finally been exposed on his first fight against an elite fighter. TF is his own worst enemy as he chose to avoid the big fights and shortchange himself. I can imagine the horror on the faces of those who said Fury will bully Usyk, as they watched their fave being bullied and saved by the ref in the 9th.
Tony 🔔🔚 would get beat in between rounds by Tyson Fury 2x Heavyweight Champion of the World. The man who has held the WBA, WBC, WBO, IBO and The Ring Wolrd heavyweight belts.
Bellew is bang on about the judging. I predict a close fight, with Usyk winning on public cards but the judges controversially handing it to Fury (or a draw) due to the big money of the AJ fight (and the Fury ‘brand’)
go and watch his interview after he lost to usyk he says usyk can't go more than 6 rounds with big heavyweights and furys to big for him now hes full on usyk haha a guess he was still concussed back then loool
LOL Usyk is better in every way of form. Boxing skills of Fury's shown in Francis fight. Usyk will smoke Fury, that fight wouldn't be even competitive. Usyk will destroy Fury and even Fury knows that and that's why he run all these years from this fight.
In hindsight, Tony Bellew got this spot on. Incredible. Makes the rest look silly. Especially the point that usyk isn't that susceptible to body shots. Fury landed decent shots to the body including a couple low blows, it didn't work. Bellew even talks about old Fury not going for the knockouts was better which is probably Fury's plan for the rematch
Yesterday I watched that video and purposely i didn't say anything . I was keeping my question for the commentators and"boxing specialists " in the comments section for today . Was Bellew correct of what he was saying YES or NO ? 🤣 Now go and check again the comments to see the incredible amount of nonsens that have been written . And ask yourself who was acting like a fanboy and who try to be objective 😂
Well, I agree size is only advantage but it is a big advantage generally in boxing. Usyk, however, is a highly skilled boxer with amazing amateur career, Olympic gold medalist, undefeated cruiserweight champion and also undefeated heavyweight champion. The danger is, not any one man ever has it all his own way and Usyk may be due for a failure. He has worked super hard though and his training has been stuffed up by the delay and he was all ready to go.
First he said fury can't punch. Then he said he only has a punchers chance now he's saying its only his size that will give him a chance 🙄 he's clearly had to many knocks to the head 😂
I absolutely agree with, Bellew. Fury, has never fought a boxer like Usyk. Usyk, will hit Fury from so many different angles, Fury will not know how to stop him. I've seen all of Fury's fights, I love the big sausage. I just can't see how Fury will win this fight.
@@JosephCarter-sp3xv We all saw how Ricky Hatton feared after keep ballooning in weight, then having to lose it again to make fight weight, just like Fury. It is a huge strain on the body. AJ, who Usyk beat twice, is hardly short, is he.

Hatton ballooned ridiculously overweight after every bout and fought at light welterweight and welterweight so he spent his entire camp losing the weight Tyson regularly boxes at different weights and does fine bar the Ngannou one where he took the complete piss and come in fat as f*** Tyson will win this bout late stoppage
@@JosephCarter-sp3xv LOL I absolutely agree about Fury being fat as foook when he fought Ngannou. I've never seen Fury so overweight. I still feel Usyk will win this fight. We'll all know on the 18th....... can't wait.

@@-The-Darksidewell AJ is on a winning streak and doing so in devastating fashion, it’s not far fetched to say AJ will beat Usyk now, as it’s clear his approach to the Usyk fight was wrong. He still may not be able to beat Usyk but Bellew can make an assessment based on recent performances, and Fury’s recent performance was against a guy who’s never boxer professionally and he got dropped and badly bruised
That’s such a terrible argument that if Uysk was bigger he wouldn’t lose a round. As you get bigger you get slower because you are carrying more weight. The low weight divisions move faster for that reason
Wildly missing the point. If Fury shrunk in size to match Usyk, he would get absolutely schooled. Usyk is a million miles ahead in terms of technical ability
What i never quit understood from Simon was how he explained how usyk looked at heavyweight and he looked vulnerable against dubios. Look at furys weaknesses struggles against smaller fighters gets hit alot had been put down more than 7 times prior usyk fight. Has a low volume output likes to keep the fight at a low pace. Usyk yes is vulnerable to the body take that away has never been dropped in the pros. Better stanima better footwork better boxing iq fought big stronger men. The signs were there

Fury will destroy usyk after this fight people will start saying ohh maybe usyk was crap really lol , Fury reach height best jab double jab great body shots Fury easy wins .
I'm glad Tony said what he did at the end. I hope it is fairly judged and goes to the deserving winner should it go that far. I think it's got a really good chance of going the distance. If this happen, I hope and pray that the best person wins. No dodgy scorecards, honest. We are going to witness one of the biggest fights in history. Respect both, who look to be in their prime. Tyson looks like he has trained well, body change, and I think thats the utmost respect I've seen him give to an opponent. Best of the Best clashing.
Usyk definately took over the fight when Tony Belllew fought him and Tony was looking good in the fight ! He has a point but, he was a different type of fighter than Tyson Fury is ..
Other way round for me usyk is tricky for the first few rounds then fury takes over. Too big too strong in the clinch usyk has legendary stamina and output but i think he will look more drained then he ever has by round 6 or 7
Great example of a ex boxer/ champion that watched usyks amateur fights kept close eye to detail and a room full of guys making a living off zero knowledge but just a topic to talk off
The level of disrespect for Usyk still boggles my mind... Simon sits there chatting absolute shite about 'AJ fought the only fight against Usyk which would enable him to lose' you wouldn't think for a second he's sat there talking about the greatest cruiser weight of all time who after clearing out the division is rolling about with men 6-7 inches taller than him and 6-7 stone heavier than him. If Usyk was English maybe then he'd get the respect he deserves.
Where's the best place to buy the fight? Dazn want £25 for pay per view and another £25 to join for a month's subscription and you need to give 30 days notice to cancel.
Wind ur neck in Tony & put some respect on Tyson Furys name. I dont care what size Tyson is coz Usyk is in Tysons Division. The man has dominanted heavyweight boxing & fought & beat the whos who on record
4:25 Once more a Talksport presenter sounding flabbergasted that a prominent name in boxing could predict Usyk to win , its really laughable at this point,
Bellew is just looking to get home safe to the wife and kids, thats all it is. You will never hear from Tony again until he comes back 26000 times chatting about his love for another man in Usyk. Thats Tony Bellew, pinch of salt springs to mind.
Bellew saying if they were the same size and height it wouldn't be a contest..... What a pointless point! If everyone was the size build as Mayweather no one would win LOL
It is a stupid point, but the only reason he's saying that is because there are plenty of people who seem to think Fury is just as skillful and just as coordinated as Usyk, which is rubbish
@thanevakarian9762 yeh but it’s a stupid point to make. It’s like saying if punches didn’t hurt and do damage Wilder wouldn’t have been a champ ! Fury has very good skill and coordination for an athlete of his size that comes with pros and cons ! Usyk is a smaller man with incredible skill but going against NATURALLY bigger men he has pros and cons to his game ? that’s what makes fights interesting all fighters are different shapes and sizes. If you were to shrink Tyson Fury down to Usyk size and dimensions doesn’t he think his ATTRIBUTES would change with it ? like speed increase, reflex speed increase, power decrease ? it’s a stupid hypothetical point he is trying to make because he hates Fury. Didn’t say none of that crap when Aj was gonna fight Usyk did he ? They Should have asked him how his mate David Price would have fared better if they shrank him down.
@unbabunga229 u can say he is more skilful that’s someone’s opinion what you can’t do is hypothetically SHRINK someone down and make a case for if he was the same size he wouldn’t stand a chance ! It’s idiotic he isn’t the same size that’s the whole point someone’s size is in direct correlation to the attribute set would you not agree ?? ie typically smaller guys are more agile and have better stamina and big guys are stronger. It’s like saying if Usyk had 2 left feet he wouldn’t be as good 👍 it’s a stupid point to make he isn’t the same size that’s what makes this fight great who’s attributes and game plan will come out on top !!
Funny how all the pundits who've never stepped in the ring in their lives like Gareth A Davies and Simon are all going for Fury and all the former boxers they have on are leaning towards Usyk. Fury's threat to cancel Talksport for criticising him seems to be working
Only person he ever dominated was AJ. Bellew was even ahead when he was knocked out by him. He didn't dominate chisora, or Dubois (who killed him with a body shot)

Nah! Ya wrong I've got £500 quid that Fury will knock out Usyk in the first minute of round 9. It's definitely gonna happen. you would be a fool not to bet on it. I win every time. I know my stuff. 😂
@@gutz323 Maybe it reads that i have betted on Rd 8, if so let me clarify i bet KO any round, not just 8, 8 is my gut feel. Mark my words Tyson will do what Chisora tried and AJ was scared to. He will go for gut then head later on a easy win. IF i am wrong so what but you only win by being brave and so far todate been right so way ahead whatever ..
Tony is playing golf with Barry McGuigan today funnily enough
Judge a man by the company he keeps.
it's so funny going over the comment section, reading all the smart guys who mocked and dismissed Bellew for his prediction
Fury Fanatics are not going to like this but Bellew is spitting facts. Uysk is far quicker, far more technical, has better footwork, superior stamina, power is similar. Literally all Fury has over him is size.
And fury’s stamina is top notch also.
Exactly, if both fighters were the same size it would be an easy fight for Usyk but they're not. Fury's reach & size are to his advantage, if he fails to utilise his size advantage he's gonna lose. Bellew is talking sense & it's just that simple.
@@madaickiwon292ffs 😂😂😂I assure you that ain’t true lol 😂
@@madaickiwon292 😂 Yeah you must be one of those experts. If you told Tyson Fury that he'd think you're a total dick & he'd be right.

@@PromiseEarth-k6d Yes. Look it up on IFL around 2018.
Bellew is bang on about the judging. I predict a close fight, with Usyk winning on public cards but the judges controversially handing it to Fury (or a draw) due to the big money of the AJ fight (and the Fury ‘brand’)
Bellew is such a hater Fury will win
go and watch his interview after he lost to usyk he says usyk can't go more than 6 rounds with big heavyweights and furys to big for him now hes full on usyk haha a guess he was still concussed back then loool

Tony obvi didn’t watch usyks fight against Dubois the ref gave him 5 mins off after a stomach punch
He was floored a few times in cruiser with body shots too. He's been vulnerable to body shots his entire career, Dubois realistically stopped him

Yesterday I watched that video and purposely i didn't say anything . I was keeping my question for the commentators and"boxing specialists " in the comments section for today . Was Bellew correct of what he was saying YES or NO ? 🤣
Now go and check again the comments to see the incredible amount of nonsens that have been written . And ask yourself who was acting like a fanboy and who try to be objective 😂
This is one of the most credible people to speak on this topic…
When Bellew beat Haye he contracted Hayes prediction prowess 🔔🔚
He's just not able to be objective with Fury, he said Whyte would beat him.
@@MrBarry465 he's a matchroom shill

They say occasional fighting is healthy and helps you grow closer to another person. Seems this has worked out wonders for Bellew and Usyk 😂
I absolutely agree with, Bellew. Fury, has never fought a boxer like Usyk. Usyk, will hit Fury from so many different angles, Fury will not know how to stop him.
I've seen all of Fury's fights, I love the big sausage. I just can't see how Fury will win this fight.

@@mrsmith4489 absolutely not the same thing….Ricky Hatton and fury? Hatton ballooned ridiculously overweight after every bout and fought at light welterweight and welterweight so he spent his entire camp losing the weight
Tyson regularly boxes at different weights and does fine bar the Ngannou one where he took the complete piss and come in fat as f***
Tyson will win this bout late stoppage
@@JosephCarter-sp3xv LOL I absolutely agree about Fury being fat as foook when he fought Ngannou. I've never seen Fury so overweight. I still feel Usyk will win this fight. We'll all know on the 18th....... can't wait.
@@mrsmith4489I was saying the same thing to all my friends. You can’t keep ballooning up in weight and then working it off for every single fight. This is what messed Hatton (Fatton) up. Klitschko was old and Wilder is a stiff. Other than that, who has Fury fought?

Usyk definately took over the fight when Tony Belllew fought him and Tony was looking good in the fight !
He has a point but, he was a different type of fighter than Tyson Fury is ..
Other way round for me usyk is tricky for the first few rounds then fury takes over. Too big too strong in the clinch usyk has legendary stamina and output but i think he will look more drained then he ever has by round 6 or 7
He wont get near Usyk, too slick and can go 12 rounds on the front foot

The level of disrespect for Usyk still boggles my mind... Simon sits there chatting absolute shite about 'AJ fought the only fight against Usyk which would enable him to lose' you wouldn't think for a second he's sat there talking about the greatest cruiser weight of all time who after clearing out the division is rolling about with men 6-7 inches taller than him and 6-7 stone heavier than him. If Usyk was English maybe then he'd get the respect he deserves.

Fury would of lost if they fought originally planned, so they had to fake the injury to have more time to cut down and be more fit, so now its 50/50

Usyk wins comfortably tomorrow night (if Tyson Fury doesn't pull out on the morning of the fight)
You’re missing the point. He’s saying the skill gap is too wide for Fury to win BUT because he’s a lot bigger he can nullify Usyks skill.
@@ashleyt4565what are you on about, it’s a valid point, that Fury isn’t as skilful as Usyk, his size is his only advantage
It’s like saying if Usyk had 2 left feet he wouldn’t be as good 👍 it’s a stupid point to make
he isn’t the same size that’s what makes this fight great who’s attributes and game plan will come out on top !!
Funny how all the pundits who've never stepped in the ring in their lives like Gareth A Davies and Simon are all going for Fury and all the former boxers they have on are leaning towards Usyk. Fury's threat to cancel Talksport for criticising him seems to be working
