How to enter hidden TEST SERVICE MODE // Samsung VRTplus Wash Machine

My notes I wrote:
SAMSUNG VRT PLUS 11.0KG FRONT LOADER
MODEL: WW11K84120W/SA 01
HOW TO ENTER TEST SERVICE MODE
1. TURN ON POWER BUTTON
2. TURN DIAL TO OUTDOOR CARE CYCLE
3. SELECT ‘OPTIONS’, ‘DELAY END’ AND PRESS OK
4. SET TIMER TO 17HRS AND PRESS OK
5.HOLD POWER BUTTON AND KEEP HOLDING UNTIL “AS” APPEARS ON SCREEN (CYCLE WILL MAKE START SOUNDS BUT WILL THEN STOP ONCE IN “AS” (ACTUAL SERVICE) MODE.
CODES: (CYCLE THROUGH CODES USING RINSE BUTTON)
1. Door lock
2. Drain (possibly circulation pump)
3. Prewash fill
4. Main wash feed - water coming into tub (might say ‘Co’)
6. Eco bubble with tumbling (tests - motor, heating element)
7. Drain pump (drains out water in tub)
8. Spin (ramps up to 1400 with spin brake)
10. Completed
Back to ‘AS’ Start.
Error: 3C2 - I think this is a motor issue or a controller board issue. Call Samsung Tech to fix and replace.

Thanks brother, that was super useful! Where did you find it? I have the same machine being temperamental with its spin and not throwing errors. I am suspecting the MEMS sensor. Also other modes I found … if you hit temp, spin, rinse, spin it lets you cycle through some values it’s reading. Number 7 is correlated with the water pressure sensor. The rest I am not sure. You can also get into the same test mode by selecting 17 hour delay and the holding the play button at that point (dial setting doesn’t matter). If you then hit play, it automatically cycles through all the tests innsequence.
Cheers, can't remember where I saw this, probably digging around on some fix it forums when trying to diagnose my issues on the machine, but it certainly wasn't easy to find which is why I put this video together. Thanks for your tips and other modes you mentioned. I'll pin this comment as that is useful!

Mine wont go into service mode it seems stuck on outdoor care switch it off turn on still wont budge from outdoor mode .
imagine if you forgot to lock it then open the door when it was in the "co" mode
