I am a new sub . I had this problem yesterday. It was the band/ belt that fell off..and my washing machine is back to life. Thank you so much for helping out. God's blessings 🙏 you are the best 👌
@Antoniobezj 1. Open the panel behind . The panel that covers the machine. You might need some special screws. 2. You will see the fallen belt/ band on platform your washing machine is placed or its just lieing somewhere around that space. 3. Pick up the belt/band and put it around around the pulley or wheel.. 4. Then test the machine again. 5. If it dosent work, it's most probably that the band/belt os slacked and it needs a replacement. Hope this helps
You are an absolute legend Sir! Found socks and a earring in the filter hose under the drum which had cause my drum to become stuck and make a racket. Quick tip to others I cleared the filter hose and heater put back together then ran a drain and spin program then opened it back up again and found more socks. So maybe give a spin to dislodged anymore then do the steps again. Thanks again you've saved me massive hassle and a bill. 👍
Excellent! Saved you calling out an engineer, who would have used their diesel polluting van and charged you a fortune. Save money and the planet! Please do like and subscribe as really helps me
Thanks for this. Found the drum belt had fallen off as two of the three motor bolts had sheared off? Could be a design fault in the 80 kg Ecobubble. It is 8 years old , & we’ve had three kids worth of washing out of it but I would expect another two years Drilled a couple of holes & bolted down the motor & refitted the belt . Seems to be now fine.
Yeah, ours died and have 3 kids. I think the loading being near the limit each time probably cause the issues. Sadly, ours became a controller issue which proved to be too expensive. Please do like and subscribe as really helps me.
Cheers for the vid, my drum isn't rotating at all and I feel resistance when turning manually.. guessing it's motor, but will check all points you mentioned B4 giving up!
Sam M. That is the issue I had. checkout my video for removing heater, if a piece of clothing has got stuck between drum and outer housing, it would likely get stuck there. This in turn stops the drum rotating. Please do subscribe as really helps.
Could be brushes or could be that it is blocked or seeing resistance. Does it rotate freely in that quarter turn? I.e. the speed it rotates is like 1 and 0. On and off. If not then likely a blockage.
Thanks for the video, to be honest the only true way of looking if something is logged is by removing the heating element and I wasted time by removing the drain connection. Seems more people are writing the same, start with the heating element.
Hi Quick question I cleaned my ecobuble washing machine and all I get from the motor is like it moves inch forwar and back like ot trying to engage but it won't actually spin I event toon the belt off and look at the motor but outcome is the same motor do minimal moments but still it won't spen will that indicate motor fault or there may be somethink else wrong with washing machine Please advise Thanks Patrick
Thanks for the video, Can you please elaborate on the heater part? That's the part which is not clear and I got stuck. I did opened the nuts, unplugged the wires but got stuck there, not sure how to get that plastic casing out.
The heater will, with some persuasion, pull out if unscrewed and unplugged. In that way, you can see if anything blocked in between drum and outer hosting inside machine. Please do like and subscribe as really helps me.
Hiya..have you any info about a bouncing drum? I heard a loud clatter a few weeks ago from my ecobubble and now the drum sounds like a 747 is taking off, when it spins. Cant spin it beyond 400 a sis shakes like crazy.
in my case, did diagnostic and test mode and 3C error. it just doesnt spin. took the the motor didnt see anything wrong reinstalled it, took the top off and check all the connections. tapped on the heatsink. checked again all test clear no issues did a test wash worked. rinse and spin and it just sat there on 1min for like 30min. checked again it wasnt spinning again 3C is back and cant even go into test mode just get :-_ icon
Incey the Spider has his own room 🤪 I will do mate. Turns out I have a piece of clothing stuck in the drum 😩 I tried the coat hanger to hook it but, to no avail!!

I have the same problem but cant put the belt in place. How did you do it?

@Rate my Gadgets I believe on some models the drum has a direct drive motor instead of being belt driven
Yes, you are right. This is a elt driven. Thanks. Please like and subscribe as really helps me
Hi mate my motor on the eco bubble spins a quarter turn and stops. Any idea what may cause this? Brushes on the motor maybe?

Thanks a lot mate. I manage to fix my machine using your video. My washing machine chewed the sock and was stuck at the heater area.
Thanks again

Hi there, did you solve your problem yet? I got a similar problem with an error code 3E2. is this could be a PCB problem rather than a mechanic issue?
Just wondering how did you resolve that error code 3E2?

OMG was that a real spider on the floor behind the machine !!!!
Hmmmm....now you have me worried. Yes, it was!
Hi my eco bubble as a key sign in red ..I think it's saying the doors not locked even tho I'm closing the door ...??
The red lock sign is indeed saying it is locked. Does the door shut?
My dryer part isn't drying the clothes.
I checked everything except for the heater. I cant find it. my washing machine is a little different than yours. 🥴
model is W80F5E5W4W samsung
Did you miss the tarantula on the floor 😮😅
Many people commented on him. I haven't gone into that room since making the video. Please do like the video and subscribe as it really helps me.

There’s not much room or space to search around a whole drum really and my drum won’t spin on its side
I didn't know British screwdrivers turn the wrong way too
I thought ur in space
