MULTIPLE Lawn companies NO CALL/NO SHOW on NEW PARENTS with OVERGROWN LAWN

- Property clean up:
Mow, trim and edge front and back(over grown) yard of property.
Overgrown fence line Clean up:
The fence line is covered with lots of overgrowth. Seems to be coming from the neighbor.
Special note: we would recommend speaking with the neighbor to give them a heads up that we will be clearing our side. This of course is out of courtesy and only a recommendation.
We will cut back all of the over growth that is on Patrick/Ashley’s property.
Paver pathway will be cleaned and edged.
Landscape beds will be cleaned out-
In the backyard there is a garden hidden amongst all the over growth. behind metal black fencing are a few vegetable plants such as Rhubarb that can be cut back but not pulled out. Per homeowner these plants can be distinguished with having a small metal cage around them. We will work around them as best as possible. There is also a perennial bed will be cleaned out.
I will clean the side yard (AC unit)of hanging overgrowth.
All organic debris will be hauled away.

Looks good. Something that bothered me was the constant camera moving. Not that you did it, but rather that you walked up to it and then moved/adjusted. I'm not sure why it bothered me, but it did. I watch hours of these videos so I thought I'd let you know. I did subscribe so I hope this helps you in the future. I just found your channel despite you having been on for years. Perhaps the UA-cam algorithm has smiled on you and your views and subs will shoot up soon. Good luck.

Very good job. Looks very nice. I don't know people can't have a pretty maintained yard. If it takes 1 or maybe 2 hours every week to keep a yard clean. I also spend hours watching at these videos.

seems strange that the fence and buildings are in like new condition! usually a yard that bad has dilapidated structures…
Dont know if youll ever read this but i just wanna say i love the transformation. Youve worked so hard. Such a fantastic job. And also, i agree with some comments here tho. About the vid a little dizzying ( i suggest edit out the parts where your adjusting the cam) and the video speed too fast lol. Music is good but not when im watching a lawn video. I think people prefer the natural sounds of the tools when mowing. But all in all great job. Before and after is cool. I especially like that you clean the trimmed grass. For that im subscribing. Most channels just left them on the lawn and i dont like that😅
