You had to have walked a couple of miles doing this yard between picking up trash and mowing. Your mower does a great job. It beats some of the ride on mowers I see on videos. The yard looks so much better. Thank you for sharing this video. I always look forward to your videos

Hi Mr Chris Super job knocking that tall grass down and getting it looking good again, I think you should have used your weed whacker to get the majority of the tall grass down then mowed it, but everyone has different ways to do the job, good results afterwards

It is a shame that the county or council do not have better processes in place to prevent long-term absences, or abandoned properties from being used to home families during the current homelessness crisis.
They have plenty of staff for code enforcement! My hometown has turned into a Gestapo with all the fines, notices, and harassment. Do you suppose it is because of the local university?
Get a stick about an inch in diameter and either put a nail in the end or whittle it to a point so you don't have to bend over so much, save your back. Stab the trash and pull off into the bag, you can stab several pieces before removing. That tree on the right by the house is a magnolia tree, should not be cut in the summer. Become acquainted with landscaping plants, so you don't damage or kill expensive plants. This is something all lawn care professionals should know. Looks so much better.
@@ladysmith3578 good start, however in Texas, September can still be too hot, trees are still full of life, haven't gone dormant yet. Best to wait for first frost or close to it. Insects invade if a tree is in distress, or disease takes advantage. Live Oaks should only be trimmed November to February.
