    Ingredientes
    2 pounds de Carne de Porco (cortada em cubos)
    1 Colher de Pimenta Moida
    1 colher de chá de pimenta branca
    1 colher de chá de pimenta preta
    Sal para temperar
    3 folhas de louro
    4 Dentes de Alho bem picados
    1 colher de sopa de Pepperkika
    1 1/2 xícaras de vinho branco (reserve 1/2 xícara)
    2 Colheres de Azeite
    Deixe a Carne de Porco marinada na geladeira de 10 a 12 horas ou de um dia para o outro
    Para fritar carne de porco
    1/2 xícara de Azeite Extra Virgem
    1/2 xícara de vinho branco para adicionar à carne de porco depois de frita
    3 colheres de sopa de salsa ou coentros picados para decorar
    Para fritar batatas
    Óleo vegeta

    One of my favorites. So many variations, I found a variation by Emeril Lagasse that's really good as well. I do an Algravia variation with shrimp and chorico.....it's amazing as well. thank you so much. Obrigada!

    Exactly the way I do mine. Well done. Only 2 days ago I made this dish and my family devoured it. The Alentejo people would not forgive us to put parsley in this dish. It Must be coriander no matter what. So we have to take note and get our coriander well before we cook it next time 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

    Im so glad you made this video, I'm living in Portugal now and love this dish. I have a question though, every time i get it at restaurants it has pickled cauliflower and carrots in it. Do you know when those are added? Maybe add them in when you add the potatoes?

      Hi Erica. It could be that the pickled veggies are added at the end for garnish or the last ingredient added once the dish is ready. Thank you🥰

    Quick question if you don't mind. Do you think the flavors of the dish are too delicate to use smoked Paprika instead of normal? I usually have smoked on hand, but don't want to overpower it.

      Hi, I would use the plain paprika. The pork meat will absorb the smoked paprika flavour while marinating. I would suggest using the unsmoked paprika. It will definitely overpower the flavour of the dish. Thank you for your question😊

      Hi Sergio... you can use any white wine, I used what I had at home at the time... a white Chardonnay. Thank you😊

      I didn't forget Rui... I just choose not to place pickles and olives. Of course, you can add it in if you prefer 👍🏻 I do normally place coriander, but as I mention in the video, I made do with what I had at the time, parsley.😊
