What’s truly great about this performance is that Ronnie knew he couldn’t do everything he used to do when he was younger and devised very imaginative and artful work arounds to still pull of a fantastic show. That’s professionalism at its finest. Thanks for all the decades of music Ronnie, you are not forgotten
He definitely lost a lot of his high register in his later years, although, I think he worked with his deeper and older voice a lot better than Bruce Dickinson (for example) did, 9 nights out of 10.
@@sdjslkdjlsskldjslkdjsl8262 I don't think so, Ronnie had a natural voice aging and don't forget that he sang most of the time in chest voice register, Dio reached his highest notes over 60 years old, an example was the powerful A5 in voice mix he hit with almost no effort on the song Mob Rules in 2007, was really impressive.
