I had mine done, but after 4 months nothing had grown, after 6 concerningly still nothing much, then 7, 8, 9 months it finally started to come back in clumps. I'm nearly 10 months post op and it's looking like this guy's after 4. I'm happy with it and I know it's still coming through, but it took a lot longer than most others have said theirs took. March 20th 2022 done and now I'm happy and it's barely noticable.

Where you using Minoxidil? My husband had a transplant and didn’t use it. His took longer to come in than projected too. It only speeds up the process and doesn’t effect the final outcome. However, it does preserve the natural hair you have left.

Skip time now in 2023 February it's really majestic the legth is like my own beard too, so I'm happy with that. I tried shaving it to a heart shape to see if it grows back, well yeah it did grow back in like 7-5 minutes. max lenght. Ikr I was like omg that was fast. ridiculously fast man. so yeah. No regret at all getting a hair transplant in thailand (+happy ending). Oh yea the price was 6k usd (4k for happy ending tax)

I was in that clinic in May!!!
They saw me on short notice (I live in a neighbouring country) and I had so many questions and was in the middle of a hair freakout. A clinic where I live had recommended 2000 grafts without ever even checking my head.
This clinic brought me to the doctor and took time to check my scalp and hairline and discuss my history of hair loss. They then advised that they won't do a hair transplant because I had diffuse thinning and I had not tried finasteride or minoxidil, so I should try that for a year first as a hair transplant is likely not necessary. They then took 360 pictures record of my hair and let me know to keep in contact over the coming months.
Total cost for consultation - ZERO.
I asked if I have to buy the finasteride and minoxidil from them, they advised there was no need because it is cheaper from pharmacies.
So they made ZERO money from it but the advice they gave was absolutely gold. 7 months later, my hair is 90% full from the medical therapy.
I have some loss at my temples and hairline, and I know for sure if I decide to do the hairline in future, it'll be going to them.
Amazing to see a clinic legitimately care and put what is best for the patient above profit. Amazing.
I also showed them your channel when I was there , so I think they are subscribers now 😎

I have a funny story about hair transplant which happened 25 years ago. Basically a person I know went to turkey for hair transplant which they didn’t use natural hair rather Synthetic for the transplant. So that guy that got the transplants goes out after his head healed and went to a bar got drunk and got in fight in the BAR and when the police arrested and proceeded and they gave him jail time sentence, and in prison they shaved the heads of all the convicts so there won’t be a lice problem , and the guy was screaming and cussing in English trying to tell them the hair doesn’t grow back however the damage was done so till this day his baldness looks very weird😅😅morel of the story is don’t get the synthetic type of hair only use nature Hair Follicles and after you get it stay home and don’t get into a bar fight in turkey. 😅🤣😂

The only painful moment was the PFP when they take your blood plasma and then insert it into your scalp. 6 months of oral minoxidil, finasteride and hair vitamins was around $100. I also had lots of strict post-procedures like limiting exercise, alcohol, any sort of weight loss etc, but I didn’t stick to those after 2 weeks.

To my surprise he had already buzz cut his hair, but what was shocking was that he is already severely balding! It is the type that the temples have balded almost halfway to the center of his scalp. If he is like this now what will it be like in 10 years? I am broken hearted for him since he had such beautiful thick blonde curly hair. As a guy who started thinning in my early twenties and by my thirties said "fuckit" and started shaving my head, I enjoy watching these types of videos now and then. It all comes down to VANITY...how comfortable are YOU with how you look as opposed to how you think others look at you. I thought about 'hair treatments' for years and in the meantime wore a baseball cap. Maybe just shave that sh*t, get some sun your melon (a bald head with a tan goes a long way), save money on barber trips and shampoo/conditioner, maybe grow a goatee? Worked for me.

Mine is a funnier story. When I was 15, a buddy told me he could cut my hair. I was skeptical but said ok. He screwed up and shaved a path through my hair, so I had to shave my head completely. I noticed how much better it was after that(free haircuts, wake up ready to go, more aerodynamic lol)… anyways, years later it starts thinning out and people think I shaved my head because of that instead of a screwed up haircut 25 years ago lol

@@ptracey5998 That's your personal opinion, not a factual statement. ALSO...if you read my comment, I said it's about being comfortable with yourself...NOT what other people think. "12 or so years ago"...yeah and prior to that, guys did what (in MY opinion) looks even worse...perpetually wear a baseball cap OR did the 'horseshoe' mullet. Just shave it. Also, please talk about the different sizes of needles they use, because the one they used on me, left noticable large pore holes where each hair was placed.
I've been wearing a baseball hat for the past 20 years ever since. And they used too much numbing agent, I have about 50-70% feeling. And they placed my hairline much lower than my original normal hairline was, even though they had a photo of it. I got stomach flu from bad orange juice that tasted off, they provided at lunch break.

He mentioned this in the video. It sounds like you had the FUT method. Where a strip of scalp is taken from the donor area, and the follicles are extracted, then implanted into the recipient area. With the FUE method, the follicles are extracted from the donor area, then implanted into the recipient area. There is no cutting or suturing involved. Just taking the follicles from one area, and putting them somewhere else. I'm sure, with that, the recovery time is less painful (if any) and shorter.

Can you please tell me what was done by the doctor and what was done by the assistant during the entire procedure (hairline design, extraction from the donor area, implants in the receiving area, etc ...) ? Is there a formula where everything is done by the doctor herself ?
How many consultations have you had before the procedure ?

How long did you book the surgery in advance (how long did you wait between the consultation and the surgery ?) ?

    • @johny5400
      @johny5400 Рік тому

@@eicisback I have finished surgery at that clinic just recently.
First of all, the never ending question “ surgeon or technicians”, doesn’t matter. They are very well trained, many times better than the doctor. So do not focus on who is doing what. If you choose good clinic, they do things good. Period.
It is irrelevant who does what. When you go for a blood tests, nurse will take your blood probably less painfully than a doctor if u know what I mean.
What is important tho is, that the planning and consultation is done with the doctor and that the doctor is still around during the procedure.
Here, both my first visits were about talking what to expect what can go wrong etc… drawing the hairline, all done by the doctor here. When u come for the surgery day, the doctor draws everything on your head again, but already like precisely, not just a line where the hair will be, but that pre-op line. Having two meetings in person instead of coming just for the day of surgery probably doesnt make a difference, saves some time I guess, maybe a bit more comfortable for everyone.
This clinic is informing you about everything perfectly, they dont leave any topic untouched…the surgery, no pain at all , at least for me, and overall super satisfied with them. Very professional.
Time from the consultation to the surgery, depends only on free slots. U can decide on Monday and have surgery on Tuesday if they have time. Unless you are taking some medication that would need to be first worn off.
As Sonny made a quite some marketing for them, and then this account did similar, when they reviewed it, you can probably expect them to be super busy with much longer waiting times. I was waiting like 3 weeks or so, but I talked to them right after I saw the Sonny’s video, so I was still early. Now there would be probably much longer waiting time. I have asked and they said they have huge influx currently. Maybe the price will increase with time too, if the influx will keep coming?

However, the brow lift is pretty apparent. It’s most noticeable if you look at the shape of her bottom eyelid. It went from very rounded down toward the outside of the lid to a lot more straight and angled up. Her nose, she tweaked very little. It used to have a rounder tip.
Personally, I liked her rounded eyes better. It made them look huge and exotic, very unique. And her original nose softened her face. Everything is so angular now.

I dont need to take hormones that have all sorts of negative effects, dont need special shampoos or whatever.
I just use the same stuff I clean my hands with when I want to clean my shiny bald head and I have no problems with flakey skin ever since I shaved my head.
And if some girl doesnt want to date me because I am bald then I probably dodged a bullet anyways (hint, most guys go bald eventually).

why do we men lose hair in the first place? and now men are losing their hair in their late teens and early 20s from some research, I found out it getting common in new generations it wasn't this common before so what is the reason is it technology? because that's the only thing that evolved the fastest. I also noticed I'm losing my hair when I was 16 and now I'm in my 20s still losing hair tried a lot of things some worked but only temporarily
I noticed one more thing when I je*k off a lot like multiple times a day I lose more hair than normal and when I stop doing that for some days my hair doesn't fall that much is there any connection between hair and je*king off? I know this much semen is made of protein, nutrients, Calcium, and other things so it must take that from the male's body that is why we feel dizzy or sleepy when done too much does it take anything which our hair needs?
Please Dr. Gary answer I really wanted to ask this question to the doctor in person but couldn't because this question looks stupid and weird

Thanks for this comment. I didn't know that men are now losing hair in their late teens to early 20s. My contemporaries began losing theirs at late 20s to early 30s (I'm in my 40s now). Yeah, I don't know if the use of technology (cellphones, computers, PlayStation, etc) & the radiation from those could be a factor. That would be an interesting study.

Never be afraid to ask your doctor embarrassing or personal questions. They've probably heard it all a hundred times already and if they're a good doctor, they won't make you feel stupid for asking
I know high testosterone levels are correlated with male pattern baldness, which makes sense since not many women have it. I couldn't find anything beyond anecdotal evidence about men going bald younger from a google search, where did you read about that? People in the past wore hats, wigs, etc that would hide or draw attention away from balding way more than we do today, and we have our pictures taken way more frequently so more of us are far more self conscious of our image, so it may just be that far more of us are paying far more attention to that than we used to
The amount of nutrients in semen is miniscule so unless you already have a deficiency in something, it shouldn't do anything to your hair or nails. You could always eat a nutritious snack before/after a JO session if you're really worried about that, though

I had an FUT Hair Transplant back in 2012 in Tijuana for $2,500. The Lady Doctor said she’s done trainings in the U.S. and other countries around the world. She said that I’d see the best results after about a year. Very true. I was very happy with the results! Now, 11 years later, my hair has thinned quite a lot. Probably due to DHT sensitive hairs continuing to fall out. I’m wondering if it’s worth giving Topical Finasteride a try? Or would I be wasting my time? Would be very grateful for a reply. Thanks.

Why not just get the pill. Its cheap as hell if you let Cosco fill the prescription.

If you get a hair transplant and not happy with result. How long should you wait for a second transplant?

      >18 months, as that's when you see the "final results" of the transplant. The way the surgeon knows what they're working with

What can be some of the side effects of the medical therapy or whatever medication you have to take after the procedure? And usually how long do you have to take it for?
