    Hi, if you use a spoon (the back of it) to spread in the pan you will get a better result, more uniform and "velvety". You used the hand, but it can be more beautiful and like we here in Brazil (Northeast of Brazil) do. Try this. / Or you can also sift again directly on the pan (but with a smaller sieve, of course).

    can I just blend it then use sieve
