I don’t think she called 911. It sounded like she just called the department in which case a patrolling officer in that area would just stop by and check in. And if she did call 911, the dispatcher could determine it was not an emergency and connect her call to the appropriate department.

I don’t think she called 911. It sounded like she just called the department in which case a patrolling officer in that area would just stop by and check in. And if she did call 911, the dispatcher could determine it was not an emergency and connect her call to the appropriate department.
