Moctezuma 3 : Quetzalcoatl, Hot & Spicy Achievement I

With the December 2023 Update (or a previous one) in the third mission of Moctezuma : Quetzalcoatl it became harder to get the Hot & Spicy achievement
Here is my first success with the behaviour.
The recipe is as follow
Send your 5 vill toward Tabasco (kill the jaguar)
Send your eagle toward Tabasco (can help with the jaguar but you want him first near Tabasco)
Queue 3 vill (2 wood, 1 food)
Queue 2 eagles rally them
Sell 100 stone
Buy 100 wood
Start of the random
With your starting eagle lure the 2 conquistador on the shallows under the Tabasco TC
Send 3 vill to Tabasco TC
Build 2 dock with one vill each, they must block the way, be in diagonal of each other (check the video to see how and where to place them). You don't have to finish them and can delete them later
Send the 2 docking vill to Tabasco TC
Wait the canon galleons (3 of them) when they are between your dock and shallows block them with the 2 eagles and kill them.
Hunt the 4th canon galleon with eagle or a fire ship
Kill the ram with vill or the starting eagle
Save the game this is your new start

Amazing. What helped me was holding the eagle scouts back a bit until the galleons had settled and then going in and taking them out. Once they're down you're pretty good and can just build a few castles and amass an army and it's a normal game.
