I have been using Pro-clip products for years, they are by far the best. Actually I enjoy these so much I check with Pro-clips USA before making a vehicle purchase. I need this, I use this and they are tough. My Titan was split in two when T-boned in an accident and my phone was where I needed it.

Iottie with an extension is best I think, I don't even have to lean forward, or remove my hand from the steering wheel, literally just stretch my finger out and I'm on my phone, plus sturdy af. Just imo.

Thank you for the video. Do you think the mount is sturdy enough for offroading, and maybe having an iPad Mini attached to that (for GPS Maps)?. Do you think a iPad Mini would fit given the bracket location?

Depends on the holder you use. If the holder sits flush to the ProClip bracket, you may have a fitment issue, but if the holder extends and inch or so out from the face of the bracket, you should be good to go! Again all depends on what device holder you get.

Any idea how big the mounting plate is? Thinking about this as a non-drill solution to mounting the Switchpros SP-9100

It's 2" tall by 2.75" wide however the flat portion of the bracket does not face the drive completely so you will still need a swivel or ball mount to angle the switch panel towards you for a clean line of site.

@@WaterFowler41 Awesome thanks. I believe the SP is 2"×4" so thinking I may be able to offset it enough that it'll be in view enough for a switch controller. For $30 it beats drilling through a panel first.

For the mounting plate with the 6 holes to choose from……do you know what the distance from one hole to the next is( both left to right and up and down)?
