I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this heater has a mind of its own does not stop at desired temp, takes over hvac so ac is now unusable. Thing will not simply shut off🤬
It’s 2020 freightliner cascadia. Now, the issue is i have to turn on any light switch at sleeper panel then the ESPAR has power while the truck engine is off. Werid😮

Does the screen always stay on just letters and digits all the time?
The light turns off but you can still see the text on the screen.
Do they drain batteries ? And do the truck need to be on comfort mode ?
