If i remember correctly, you can do some fucky shit w the game files to get it to load a particular seed without a mod. Still not a legit method, but it will keep the "mods enabled" bit set to "no".
I believe that it's not a ruby, but the Philosopher's Stone that we are actually suppose to create to get this 34th orb. Probably related to the cauldron and sun quest.

You can't collect the "same" orb more than 3 times. For example the orb that spawns on the pyramid, you cannot pick that one in particular up a fourth time in another parallel world. There are 11 different naturally occuring orbs, all of which you collect three times, giving you 33. And without spawning an orb that has a different ID to all the ones you already collected, it's impossible to get a 34th orb.
East 2 and West 2 orbs count towards the East/West orb limit. If you pick up an orb in East 1, then go to pick the same one up in East 2, they’re considered the same orb
Isn't it possible to just go into higher levels of new game+ infinitely? someone got a run with hundreds of orbs by doing this, the devs put that statue on the left of the tree for him
Yeah that’s for bammalam, he was the first person to reach NG+ 28 AND get 33 orbs and beat the final boss, and back then the wand building wasn’t as refined so you couldn’t one shot it. That was the previous max NG+, each NG+ takes an additional orb to trigger, the first takes 5, then 6, then 7, ect. So if my math is right I guess now you could reach NG+31 with this method, the only issue being that each time you enter NG+ it changes the pixel needed to spawn the orb from the chest so you would have to find it again.

@@Jadez1207 unfortunately no, every-time you enter NG+ the orbs are removed in the process, so if you had say 5 orbs and then entered NG+ and grabbed one more you wouldn’t have 6, you’d just have 1.
WHAT?? I HAD NO IDEA GREAT CHESTS WERE SO RARE, I GOT ONE IN ONE OF MY LATEST RUNS AND GOT GOLD RAIN!! apparently thats a 3% chance from each great chest, so that makes it super unlikely and I just stumbled across one and thought "huh, neat! :D"
How that wand at 2:20 makes luminous drill travel so far ? I dont see any projectile life time modifiers . Is it some special wand ? edit : mustbe one of the perks increasing lifetime of spells.

This is exactly why I just can't enjoy this game, the devs expect players to just do all of this shit all just for a single red pixel instead of adding a realistically feasible manner of discovering them and obtaining them When almost all of the puzzles are like this it's like, why bother when literally 99.95% of players aren't gonna do this lmao

Why cant you just go to the east east world or west west world and pick up more orbs? Do they only spawn in the main, east and west world?
