I am a Samyama participant many times in Isha and it has benefitted me so much. Very unfair to throw allegations against Isha. Anna is so patient to answer all questions inspite of all the provocations .

Have lots of bhakti, change your attitude, he'll notice you are also able to connect with him and his thoughts. Start reading about hatha yoga, enlightenment topics, Hinduism as a religion, shaivism, vaishanavism, Bible, Qur'an, Gita. Your husband will not be the old husband again, you should be the new wife.

That too the target given to volunteers for bringing new people to the foundation is huge. If they dont achieve,treatment is different. many fall prey to depression on non completion. I have attended all the Isha Yoga programs including silence ,my wife ,my sister, my mom and my friends attended all the Isha yoga programs including silence.
There is no compulsion no pressure ,no wrong guidances in any of Isha yoga programs.
I am practicing for last 25 years.I got lot of benefits I have experience in my life in a different way I got stability in my life , after attending this classes I don't know what is anger,I got peace , awareness ,health ,clarity and experienced the life energy.
I am doing import and export business for the last 25 years and travelled 17 countries no where I have experience my life as like in the Isha yoga programs and practices.
I am blessed Sadhguru is my Guru 🙏.

I completed all classes in isha and even I attended the silence program also. What a wonderful program it is? because I thought so many times, how a silence program can be such peaceful, energetic and very happy to attend at the same time. I always eager to attend this program again and again. I love the simple games conducted in Isha. Media people asking questions is their right but they should not ask in vested interest as their assumption is only correct. Behalf of Isha He answered clearly.

There are lots of explanations given by Isha according to this issue. It cooperates to Police well and so many class attended participants also gives Clear explanation about the class and Isha activities. Even now the people who need clarification means they are in deep shit and no one can help them.
