- A Colorado Liquor store was robbed twice in one night according to the owners who are hoping to find the people responsible. It happened at G&E Liquors in Aurora. In the first incident, surveillance video shows a Hummer vehicle ram through the glass in front of the business. Two people got out of the vehicle and went in to assess the ATM, which was bolted to the ground. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
My God this world is so scary,I feel horrible for the owner. Hope insurance pays for it all.

We had a shooting in my hood a few months ago Called police It took them 10 minutes to gather here from three blocks away
I feel bad for the owner. The robbers destroyed the entrance of the store, failed (kinda), and on top of that, the store got robbed again.

First vehicle was a Hummer H2. Second vehicle (the one they attached the chain to) was an F150 Platinum (based on led tail lights and the trim on the tailgate)

The reason why is because the store owner had his two machines (ATM and Crypto) full of money next to the front door where the criminal can see it ! Cruel world.

That is why most stores where I live especially liquor stores have yellow metal poles in front of the store you have to knock down the polls first before you ever hit the glass

The second vehicle was not the hummer that crashed into it in the beginning, the second vehicle was a ford f150 2015-2019.

This world has become a very scary place. Feel terrible for the owner and hope gets reimbursed for all the damages.
the crime rate has actually consistently been dropping for decades. However there is more reporting about crime due the increase availability cameras (and increased quality) and decrease of barriers to get into journalism (better schooling and internet access)

Looks like the police took at least 5 mIns to bother showing up. With all the cops cruising around at night with the least amount of calls u would think they could have arrived within 2 mins.

The second truck that they used to pull the ATM machine was not a Hummer, it was a Black 2015 - 2022 Ford F-150 Limited, Platinum or King Ranch

There was a second vehicle. Vehicle that was chaining the machines up was a blue F-150, not the original Hummer

They were not. The owner watched the robbery in real- time and in addition called the cops.
People should aspire to be like these gentlemen. they fail and fail and fail again but they never give up until they get what they want
persistence made up for gross ineptitude. Thinking it was all improv/on the fly, they managed to steal a hummer and wanted to use it.

I stayed at a motel 6 in Aroura Co. That cost over $80 Didn't get any sleep. It was crazy half the night the police were hanging out in the parking lot. Another time at the same place there were dealers jumping over the wall back and forth between the apartments and the Motel selling dope all night. This was a few years back.

No doubt both vehicles were stolen but they definitely planned this out, hope they get caught before they target another store.

And that's not a 'real' Hummer. That's an H2 which means it's a rebadged Tahoe with a 5.3 V8. 16 combined MPGs isn't really all that bad compared to an H1 Humvee at barely 12 mpg going anywhere. Just like all the rest of these smash and grab crimes the truck is stolen

It seems like sidewalks need popup spikes that come out when a vehicle drives up on the sidewalk. Or store owners need to put up spiked rods that do damage to a vehicle when it crashes through the front of the shop.

had a corner store fall victim to something similar, they didn't even get away with the ATM, just smashed up the front of the store. the entire front had to be replaced and structural damage was a thing - I shopped there for a while so I could help them out. support local businesses over corporations.
