食材：
鸡小腿 4个约 500克
红葱头 4个
姜 3片+40克
蒜 40克
葱 3根
油 1杯
蚝油 1大勺
生抽 2大勺
ingredients :
chicken drumstick 500 g
shallot 4 pieces
ginger 40 g
garlic 40 g
green onion 3 stalks
oil 1 cup
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
soy sauce 2tbsp

which ever is Genetically Modified use that one - Canola and Peanut = vegetable oil
Us asians in east-southeast asia dont use any of that, we only use palm oil since that is what have been used in our history. Any other type of oil ruins the flavour
