I thought this was great. It went well with roast potato which goes well with the balsamic flavour. I will make it again and am thinking to add 1 cup of beef broth as there was hardly any liquid left after 9 hours on low.
Hi Steph, mum followed your recipe but all we could taste was balsamic vinegar - just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same when making this recipe, it was so over powering the dish was spoiled unfortunately.
Hi Steph, followed your recipe and sorry to say that we couldn’t eat it. Too much balsamic vinegar spoiled the recipe. I just wasted a kilo of meat which wasn’t cheap.
