Hell I've been listening to them as long as my memory goes back. They released Since I Left You when I was 1 and now I'm so excited and happy for the new record. This track is really promising.

At first I didn't know what to think of this, but now I know it's genius. Danny Brown's verses are hilarious and MF DOOM kills it. The beat is just goofy enough to be infectious!

There's so much to process in this amazing video, but I think what gets me at the end is the cop throwing down his cigarette and turning around and just walking away without a single expression change.

I think this song is great, it hits you immediately and you're like "what the fuck, Avalanches? Is this fedora-core electro swing shit?" but then you notice how weirdly sinister the song is and everything starts coming together.

Well for starters, it's the same simple melody and beat repeating through the entire song. It's not exactly high quality music, on top of it, it sounds comedic, like a soundtrack in some low budget comedy movie. Lastly, you can't understand a single word of what the vocal is saying because it's badly mixed and is hidden behind music. But there's something weirdly attractive about the whole thing.
Seems crazy to me that Danny Brown and MF DOOM are not credited in the video listing. They are kind of a big deal.
