Truly the goat of watch extravaganza reviewers in this mostly sterile environment. The watch .... ok. Just about your strap. I have same size wrist and buy exactly the same straps at the source. Aliexpress has them, loads of colors, 5€.
And I read your written review. I fully agree with your conclusion. Have 3 RZE. My favorite titanium watches. And their coating really works. All are still as new.

I like that white tropical strap.
This surprised me a bit. I like it more than I thoight it would. I jave nothing in particular against Wicked, but nothing has really stayed with me so far either. I agree, sporty white dial aith black outlines just works and that dial texture is very dramatic yet amooth looking in comparison to most. For a sporty dial layout it stays really quite minimal and very symmetrical. Legible and likeable, even when, like mine, you tastes are more dressy normally. What really surprised me is that I really like the dark tone of the case. This is very visibly not steel and it looks very good doing it. I also like thr angularity of it and while as of now I don't know the specs, it looks like it is very compact meaning the flat profile may not be a problem in practice.
I quite like this watch. I find the explanation of the name curious. I do not agree with the comparison with the RZE, this seems to me to be a much better watch. The RZEs look like cuckoo clocks to me. I'd rather pay more for a more stylish (thin) watch. I agree about the screw-down crown, I would have liked more, but I don't care. And I also agree that the price could be lower, always, ha ha. I would also like more variety of colors perhaps. Greetings and thanks for the review.
I've been to Basel, flew in there to visit the Black Forest, didn't get chased and judged though.
Any who, nice enough watch but as you say maybe not the best value for your hard earned pounds.

I own a few Wicked Watch models and the lume is very good, but no way is it better than many of my ZELOS models. That's just a false narrative. I've compared it with numerous other brands as well and the lume is very good, but no better than the others at the top of their game. Something else that makes no difference is saying it is "Assembled in Néuchâtel, Switzerland". Is that suppose to make a difference? If so it's nothing that the naked eye can see. Too much grey area in using or saying anything is "SWISS" these days. Too many holes to poke in that "badge of honor."
Do you have this model from Wicked Watch Co? I was comparing it to Zelos and other brands models that utilise BGW9, not C3 X1.
