Just so you know the cocoa farm you've shown is actually the place they dry the beans after fermentation. The tree we see are banana trees because they dry the cocoa beans on banana leaves. Cocoa trees needs to grow under the shade of bigger, very high trees ;)

In the next one of these you do, could you include like a stonemason work area? What I'm envisioning is an area where a castle wall is being built or repaired, and the kind of stuff that would be at the location. Maybe a small laborer campsite? I could throw some building materials and a stonecutter down next to my wall, but I don't have your knack for integrating stuff like that
