Can you share a photo of the osprey 26+6 side by side with this bag (expanded and non expanded if possible) please? The tortuga looks closer to 30+5.5, so it would be interesting to see these 2 packs next to each other. Thanks!
I own the Set-out Divide and it’s a beast of a bag… this doesn’t even compare to the features it used to have. Tortuga all of a sudden eliminated all of their offerings and started from scratch for some reason.
i might be alone but i think tortigas old bags (setout series, outbreaker) were better. One of my favorite bags is their outbreaker daypack-we use it every time we go somewhere with the kids, especially on trails. It withstands dirt, is comfortable, and packs flat. I wish they brought those back but i’m happy i still have it.
Thank you for watching! I have reviewed many of the peak design and wandrd bags if you want to check some of those out and I am always open to featuring any cool new brands that feel like people would like to learn about :)
Im sick of these bags being 18.5, 19 inches tall. Its more awkward for edc and many airlines dont allow that size has a personal item bag. It sucks that companies are still doing this
In my experience airlines never measure the bag…so you can almost always go over that size…if you are willing to sacrifice your own foot space in-flight.
i agree. I have their old setout divide and I now only use it when i need to carry a bunch of stuff to keep my kids occupied on the plane and just wish i had gotten a big bag and didn’t try to get one with compression straps. Too many dangling things and they just get in the way.

Thank you for watching! I was a big fan of those lines as well, hopefully they bring back some of the features from those in future versions
Would like to see Tortuga make a gym bag and a tote
Thank you for watching and definitely curious to see what other items tortuga has planned!

They don't ship to Europe 😅
Not a fan of compression straps, always get in the way of the zippers

Thank you for watching and fair point! Although I like the additional functionality they provide I agree the can sometimes be cumbersome
I wouldn't buy it, I'll get a bellroy travel backpack
Thank you for watching! Bellroy bags are a great alternative!
