Here's a step by step guide and process for filing FTX Claim which I followed.
Must watch video for FTX customers to file their last minute claim
Investors who lost money in FTX's bankruptcy have until September 29, 2023 (4 PM USA ET), to submit a claim for that money , according to a June 29 decision by the US Bankruptcy Court of Delaware. Claimants are now able to make new submissions for assets they owned on the exchange before it went bankrupt.
FTX, the cryptocurrency exchange declared bankruptcy in November 2022, is leading to withdrawal restrictions for account holders. Now, affected investors have a brief window to reclaim some of their assets via a quick bankruptcy claim.
To access the FTX customer claims site, users must employ multifactor authentication along with their FTX account credentials.
Users can still submit a claim to Kroll Restructuring Administration (the financial institution handling the FTX claims), using this form, even if they don’t have access to their FTX account.
Customers must reply to a verification email after logging in with your FTX credentials in order to prove their identity and access their account.
Users will begin by inputting their Know Your Customer (KYC) information, typically including a government-issued ID and proof of address like bank statements or tax records.
Once they’ve confirmed and logged in to the FTX claims portal, to share their session with the Kroll Restructuring Administration, users should click the “File Proof of Claim” option.
If users agree with the displayed account balances, they can complete the process. However, if they disagree with the amounts shown, they should click “File Proof of Claim” again on the Kroll website to provide additional details and supporting evidence.

Your crypto balance (excluding FTT Token) as per FTX records will be considered for payment, unless it's disputed (check status as shown in this video: ua-cam.com/video/L0SOcrzU-ts/v-deo.htmlsi=NxVFt0GUc49rVEON) . What does your claims portal status look like when you finish. Mine has green checks for step 1,2,3,5 and step 4 is a blue dot and step 6 is locked.

Sadly i am too late to the game, just filed, and read the email saying claims after sep 29 are void sadly it went to my spam email, i guess ill never get my money, damn you sbf!

Step 2 is instant, if you've entered correct credentials. You should have received a verification email immediately. If you haven't, please drop an email to support@ftx.com and you'll typically receive a resolution within a day.
I have a question about Step 5, “Claim Information “. I have two codes and I don't know which one to fill in under "FTX customer main account number". One is 7 digits (account ID) and the other is 8 digits (Your Unique Customer Code) received by email. Can someone help me, please? Thank you.
I believe you're inquiring about the FTXAccountID column within the claim form. If that's the case, please ensure you enter your FTX Account ID, which can be located in the upper-right corner of your FTX login dashboard. Wishing you the best of luck!

Did you file for directly through Kroll website or through claims.ftx link?
This is the case when your balance is marked as contingent or disputed. Then you have to make the long claim
