- 250 g (9 oz) of pasta tagliatelle
- 1 eggplant
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g (7 oz) of cherry tomatoes
- Basil
- A handful of almonds
- Parmesan to taste
- Salt and pepper

Sehr sehr lecker, ein paar wenige Zutaten, die einfach grandios zusammen harmonieren ... zum Niederknien gut. Mein Mann liebt dieses Gericht und das, obwohl gar kein Fleisch drin ist. 😂 italienische Küche ist einfach super, Danke für das schöne Gericht.
