Hey Fiona. I made this cake yesterday but I used creamcheese and whipped cream as frosting . It was delicious but some parts of the cake separated when I cut it. How do I prevent that? Do I have to use the mocha ganache between the layers instead? Thanks for the recipe by the way. 🤗

You could try her No Flour No Glutens No Eggs Chocolate Cake dated Feb 2. Get the ingredients from there and then apply her checkerboard design here. I think it would work :)

Hi, question. Why did you not remove all of the uneven ends and sides before adding syrup and ganache ?
That way I find the trimming will be neater. But you can definitely do any way you find more comfortable 😊

I used compound chocolate. But you can definitely use couverture chocolate as it is great quality chocolate too. Good choice ! 👍
