No I’m not full time, mainly a “weekend warrior.” I had a good friend show me the way for getting started then it’s been on me branching out and growing. No courses, don’t pay for those. All the information is free online and on UA-cam.
Hi. I want to start same online arbitrage but send items on fba, only with open categories, but amazon later don’t ask you about invoice ? If yes what you provide them, if you have only receipts from store
I was auto ungated in Pantene and Suave, or I was never gated to begin with. But Neutrogena and Clinique, I actually used Ulta to get ungated there. This is my video for ungating Clinique and several other brands in Health & Beauty ua-cam.com/video/F5B_pABYwSY/v-deo.html
@@joshyoungs2672 for the most part, I’ve honestly just started sourcing there. I’m hopeful for it as it seems like a good way to get a lot of product at once
Use some velcro to attach your scanner to the back of your phone to do one hand scanning. Also, use the camera function to scan the front of products instead of peeling off store stickers. You can also find hidden listings this way.
Now this is solid advice! Curious if I can get some sort of Velcro that doesn’t stay on the back of my phone all the time though? 🤔 And yes, often can find bundles or just the listing itself with a picture
@@bluegrassprofits21 Maybe you can get a cheap phone case just for scanning so only that one has the Velcro. And swap out during your normal activities.
@@IHateSurprises that probably wouldnt be a bad idea to do either. I know Eyoyo makes a scanner that attaches to the phone but then i'll be spending more for that
I think part of my reasoning for not taking them was because there were several sellers, selling for lower than the price of Amazon so it was less profit.
It’s possible to compete with Amazon on a listing. I did my own test about a year ago and it’s worked ever since. As long as the item is profitable both at and a little below Amazon price, send in your item AT the Amazon price for 1-3 days. Amazon doesn’t like others being at their “low, bargain price”, so they’ll sell out your units ASAP. If it doesn’t work that way, 25 cents lower than the Amazon price will get you the buy box. The only issue with that method is price tanking.
@@FriedBuffaloChickenWings thats good to know! I'll have to give this a try. I have competed against them before with success but it was only because I got the item for such a good price. I have one item that Im currently selling FBM, I had them sent in but Amazon absolutely would not give me the buy box, they would continue to match my price all the way down. It was frustrating. They took over 50% off their price and still wouldnt give it up. It was just barely profitable for me at 50% their price. At this point, I just want to sell out of the remaining inventory I have.
Your Ollie’s are fully stocked. Where do you live? The two around my area are always stripped down. I found these neutrogena and went back to look for more and never again. Same for some Pantene hair cream. I go back every week and nothing. Good for you.
If you can’t find anything then other sellers are beating you to the inventory. Ollie’s gets the same items as other stores so other sellers likely getting them first
Hello! Does the blue tooth help with internet access? Every time I go to Ollies my signal tanks and takes forever!!!!
Hi, I think that might just be the signal at Ollie's unfortunately. I dont believe the bluetooth helps any, but I could be wrong.
@@bluegrassprofits21 Thank you!
my husband and I are just getting started on this as a side hustle...literally to help afford groceries and hopefully some presents this year! lol
Keep it up! It can be challenging in the beginning being gated in different brands and categories, but it gets easier with time!
Do you do this full time? Also how did you learn? From different UA-cam videos or did you start with a course?

Great work. What kind of scanner or app, do you use?
Be safe and keep getting sales.
It is from Eyoyo, just links to my phone from bluetooth
Did you ship them to Amazon to fulfill or did you ship them to the customer your self?
I sent them all to amazon for FBA
Hi. I want to start same online arbitrage but send items on fba, only with open categories, but amazon later don’t ask you about invoice ? If yes what you provide them, if you have only receipts from store
Usually only ask you about the invoice when you’re ungating a category. Receipts can generally prove authenticity if needed
Do checkout employees ever ask why you’re buying all this stuff? Or do they just check you out like normal.
Some occasionally will ask, others typically know what you’re doing if they’ve been there long enough
I’ve had some new employees at one of marshalls ask, I just say I’m doing Christmas shopping all at one here

That is very unfortunate
