Hopped on to watch as soon as i saw the title. Would love to try it out, so keeping fingers crossed i win:) Thnx for giving us two videos today-its a lot of time & work u put in for all of us & we truly appreciate it.
You've made me question the time of day it is by posting this extra vid Doc 😂 !!
Happy Wednesday
lol me too!!
Dr Dray, you promote the IRestore over any other LLT device. I am confused as to why, considering the professional iRestore only has 82 laser diodes and 200 Led lights... It makes the over all number look good.... But all the other devices far exceed the number of Laser Diodes and have no Led Lights. In my research only the Laser Diodes improve the hair condition. Why then do you promote this product with so many Led lights and so few laser Diodes?? What am I missing? These devices are expensive and I don’t want to waste my money when I could buy a device with more laser diodes... Am I missing a positive of having more Led Lights along with just a few laser diodes??
Thanks for this! What are the other devices you looked at? And how do they compare? Which one has the most number of laser diodes? Please share! TY
Same question. Shouldnt the all Laser be better than lasers & LED?
I would like this question answered as well. I think it’s highly likely Dr. Dray receives compensation from iRestore for sponsoring or she is part owner or an investor in the company. So iRestore may not be the best LLLT helmet out there.
I have the same question and I m kinda disappointed seeing biased product placements by dr dray
I don’t know about the lasers, but I have the irestore and it leaves a big dent in my forehead when wearing. Definitely can only wear at bedtime because the dent in forehead lasts about 8 hours. It’s uncomfortable and inconvenient and never kept up with it.
Oh thank you so much for helping us wade through this quagmire!! My question, does this help with plain old thinning of the hair I guess from natural aging? I can see my scalp more now that I could before and my hair tends to lay more flat on top. It takes a lot of work to get any volume. Hoping I get a yes!!!!! Thanks for helping to educate so many of us Dr Dray. You are a Godsend!
yes, it can help thinning
Would love to hear you do a review of the 7 color led photon mask for facial regeneration. I'm familiar with the video you did on blue light therapy for acne prone skin and have been crossing my fingers for a follow-up on the other colors. I value your opinion :)
It must be my lucky day! 2 vids 1day thank you Dr. Dray💐
Happy Wednesday
What 2 videos from Dr. Dray today?? It must be my lucky day!!! Awesome video!!!!
Happy Wednesday
Yayyy a video about hair, thank you Dr Dray ❤
Happy Wednesday
A double header ....2 awesome videos. Appreciate learning so much new information on hair loss, I had almost given up hope, but I-Restore sounds awesome and a generous giveaway as well. Thanks so much. Hugs......Sherry
Sherry Reis hair loss is frustrating
I love love loooove your content! It would be so fabulous if you could do a (sort of a) series about different skin conditions like eczema and rosecea!
i have videos on eczema and rosacea...every friday is a med derm Q&A topic
@@DrDrayzday Thank you very very much!
Thank You sooo Much for this Great information Dr. Dray!! Please have a Wonderful Day!!
Happy Wednesday
So exciting. Thank you for all you do for us
Happy Wednesday
Wait what im i going crazy 2 videos in one day. Im shocked. Yayyy .. I didnt see this coming. Im soo glad you posted 😊😄😃
Happy Wednesday
I want this sooo much!!! I have female patterned baldness! I hate using Rogain
& Rogain isn’t approved in some countries for women, because of health risks.
I won’t take it, because I dont need a cardiac
Thank you for this video. Medicine is so confusing at times. You can use lasers to both remove and regrow hair. I really needed to understand how both could be true.
I've been so curious about these, but it's 2 am so I am just gonna comment and come back later to actually watch the vid!
would you recommend wearing spf in your hair to protect against sun damage (using products intended to do so)? If so, which products would you say have the best results? Thank you!!
Love your videos. Can you please do a review on Soko Glam Korean skin care? Specifically the 10- step routine
Dr Dray could you please make a review for the Irestore Shampoo, Serum, and Tablets that the company sells. Thanks.
I just saw you on the IRestore home page!!! Is that a gig?! Sweet 😉!
Thank you so much for the review. Is there any one of those products that would be best for androgenic alopecia in women? Thank you for all your work, this is by far the most informative channel out there!
looovegoodmusic did you find one for androgen alopecia?
Wohoo bonus video!
Happy Wednesday
Thanks for your videos. Is there a benefit of combining LEDs with Laser diodes? I thought LED is much cheaper and not as effective as laser no matter how comprehensive the coverage is? Is there a science to using LED as also effective in hair growth ?
Woohoo two videos today! I watched the last two earlier today while I was using my treadmill for the first time in a year. You are inspiring me to get exercise and protect my skin! I can’t wait to watch and find out about hair lasers! 😎😎😎
Happy Wednesday
Great info!! Im interested in trying this, I have hair shedding due to my thyroid disease (still trying to get stabilized on meds)..😆
Thanks for watching :)
I love your channel! Can you do a review or explain the removal hair lasers? Thanks ❤️
Valentina I have a laser hair removal video
Hi Dr Dray ...wow that was really interesting thank you ...see you tomorrow x 💙
thanks for watching and Happy Wednesday
thank you Dr . Dray we are looking to do this..

Dr Dray! I would love love LOVE to hear your thoughts/review on the brand Skinfix! I’m very curious about their cleansers and eye cream.
Thank you! Very helpful!
Happy Wednesday
Two in one day yay!! I would love to win this, going to enter, thanks for the info 💕
Happy Wednesday
Loving your hair longer😍
Melissa C thanks 💙
You are like life goals you can manage time so well.
I've always had thin hair, my hair is not falling. Could I use this to make my current hair thicker or get more hair?
You’re a godsend. Just ordered an iRestore. Fingers crossed.
I just got mine and started using it couple days ago. Are you seeing good results with it?
@@honeybadgernasty have to say I haven’t kept it up like I should.
I started using this and have some results. Thanks for the review but Dr Dray doesn't seem to have much hair loss. If you start and then don't use it, it will turn out worst. If you do have a bit of hairloss or a lot, it's worth doing. Alway better early than late. It's going to be hard to take on hoilday too. If you don't have much hairloss, I don't feel you should do it. I wouldn't recommend my gf to do it unless it's noticeable. Once you start, you can not stop. Skincare is different, everyone should do it. I definate recommend it if you have a lot of hairloss or noticeable hairloss. Irestore is good
Hi Dr. Dray! Can you please review Fourth Ray Beauty? I want to see if it’s Dr. Dray approved before purchasing anything from their line
THANK YOU for this video. Will you pls comment on whether this will help with grey hair and maybe do a video on grey hair in the future?
it wont help grey hair
Dr Dray It won’t help regrow hair that has already turned gray? Or did this answer mean that it will not restore color to gray hair?
Dr Dray, what does your research discuss about red light therapy for collagen restoration?
Did you know eating semen is good for women you get so many muscle building hormones
A A bullshit is this true 😂
@@ivanramirez2778 No it's not. But sometimes even trolls can be funny.
It works!!! I use the Ozmask and usually have the settings on red light therapy. I only use it twice a week for 20 minutes and I look more then 10 years younger, no wrinkles and I’m almost 35. I recommend for everyone.
You recommend that one because you are “partnering” with them. So much for unbiased research
So normally I'd say "gah" to a product code - but after reading up on this product I really like it myself and have planned on buying it...minoxidil is just too drying. So I've taken to doing a mask of zinc pyrithione shampoo for a few minutes when shampooing (and thanks for that tip as well!). Thanks for the professional review :) Have a great day.
Happy Wednesday
Hi Dr. Dray, why is laser + LED lights (iRestore) better than all laser (the other 2 devices)? Also, once you stop using the device, will you lose all the new hair growth? Thank you, I hope you will answer my questions.
2 videos on the same day💞 Now we are spoiled🤗
Melissa C Happy Wednesday
Thanks for the info and the chance to win. It’s something both my husband and I could use.
Anita Hadley thanks for watching
Thanks for your reviews....can you please also evaluate Costco's - Theradome EVO Laser Hair Growth Device? Thanks
Dr. Dray. I would like to know what do you think about make up eraser towels?
I am surprised they only show one before and after shot on the site.
Hi Dr. Dray! Regarding hair regrowth due to telogen effluvium (onset two years ago), if you had to chose either Nutrafol or an LED laser cap, which would you recommend if you can't afford both? Also, does the LED light penetrate visible (dark brown) hair on the scalp? My hair has thinned on the perimeter and occipital bone as well as the noticeable areas. My dermatologist says my blood work is on point, I'm ready to regrow hair! I recommend you to everyone, you are so entertaining and educational
Dr. Dray: Do the interior lights/bulbs need to touch or come into contact with the scalp itself for best results? Thank you, I am very interested in this technology!
it will be more effective on areas with no hair, but can work through hair as well
Oh my gosh double dr dray day!!!!!😂😂😂😁😁😁🥰🥰🥰
Happy Wednesday
Dr. Dray, do you have any thoughts to share about the Kiier Laser Cap?
Question! What is the benefit of layering sunscreens? I'm talking about in the morning when you're putting your base layer on. Assuming you put enough on the first time, do you get more protection by adding another layer on top? Thanks!!
Monica Chavez there are skip areas
Dr. Dray, have you done a video or mentioned skin sensitivity to laundry detergents or laundry softeners?
no
Dr. Dray, thank you for all your videos. Now I have the dilemma of using Rogaine or getting the iRestore Pro for my alarming hair loss .
If you have to choose, which one would you choose? The idea of using Rogaine for ever it is very daunting. Anyone out there in this community, what would your choice be?
Do you know if you have androgenetic alopecia or telogen effluvium?
Research favors Rogaine over LLLT as far as effectiveness. Either way it is not easy to treat hair loss. If you're on Reddit I invite you into the hair loss communities. I learned more there than I did anywhere else.
Ahhh thanks for this. I’ve been having serious hair loss over the past year. I have Crohn’s and am on Stelara. Starting to wonder if that’s the main cause. I started dermarolling on my scalp recently and using lipogaine shampoo. It’s frustrating but I’ve wondered about these laser bands.
On another note, did you see Dr Berg’s anti sunscreen video? 😬
Now, you can use, that you wondered..."Hair Laser Helmets". These helmets are easy to use and also, they can give you better results after some days. The radiations they Emmit also not highly reactive and Without feeling some pain you can grow your hairs back.
Hello Dr Dray thank you for all your knowledge sharing and i would like to ask if you would have any recommendations for skin tags on how to get rid of them or prevent them. Thank you very much for your time :)
Primera Segunda Dr. Dray has a video entitled Skin Tags. Just type her name and “skin tags” in the UA-cam search bar.
see my skin tag video
dr dray ! i would really appreciate some clarification - is this going to damage the facial skin because of the light energy?
Thoughts on salt caves? Should rosacea patients stay clear of them?
There are many like this on the market. Is this one superior to the others? Also, I have a red light therapy wand. Would that work on the scalp as well?
Dr. Does this really work? I read some reviews that people say they lost hair and got headaches. I trust your opinion. This is a very expensive item.
Thank you Dr.
Your hair grows naturally by leaps and bounds and looks shiny and nice. How much has it grown in the past 2 years? Please share your hair care routine, I know now that I only use a hair dryer 2 times a week usually (sometimes more) and no other heat styling @ 62 my hair is thicker and healthier than when I was younger. Didn’t know I didn’t have to try so hard.
Bonnie Anthony extensions lol
With IRESTORE professional...do you still need to use OR will it help to use Rogaine or Finesteride? With typical horseshoe pattern thinning/balding...will this help and what is typical timeframe?
Being i am bald as Charlie Brown nothing short of growing a beard cutting it off and making a wig out of it will help my head but i'm still interested in watching this video because i want to support this awesome dermatologist lady!
Uncle Charlie believe it or not...hair transplant can sometimes take advantage of facial hair, though the texture is off
Dr Dray thank you and I am aware of that fact. I could grow a beard bigger than Charlton Heston in the Ten Commandments movie. I just haven’t wanted to spent that much on something I’m not insecure about 😊
Uncle Charlie: My husband is bald and let me tell you: Bald is beautiful!! Have an awesome day!
@@ptcoristine5093 well that is sweet to say thank you have a nice weekend!
Is it safe to use the iRestore if you have had basal cell carcinoma removed from your scalp in the past? Thank you.
Does it help with hair loss due to medication side effect? I will take tracolimus for the rest of my life. Thank you Dr Dray!
Hi Dr Dray. I can't find this in UK. Is there any equivalent of irestore professional? Please advise. Thanks
I was wondering if you have any tips for me because i have alopicia because of stress,i have got it diagnosed but my doctor said i might not beable to get it bach because i have ptsd.
Hi dr dray ... one best solution for androgenic alopecia baldness please?
2 videos in one day? This is awesome!! Love you Dr Dray!!
Happy Wednesday
Gosh, thanks, Dr. Dray. I had no idea this was real.
WInnie Pauly 💙
Is the shampoo and conditioner required for the helmet to work effectively or does it just give it a boost?
dr dray what do you think about derma-planing and other esthetician promoted procedures? it’s basically shaving your face. also my keratosis pilaris has been improving but the bumps on my arms are extra stubborn
never mind i’m sorry i see the video!
I was a bit disoriented when I saw another video today. Lol! ❤
I wish I could afford this but will hope. Happy early Thursday!
Did you buy irestore? Did it help??
@@universe25.x yes, I started it 2 months ago. Or about first of Feb. It decreased the shedding a little bit, still waiting on results though. I've heard this is normal for 2 months.
Two videos in one day 😁 it’s a good day!!! Thank you Dr. Dray!!
Happy Wednesday
Dr Dray, normally I find everything you say spot on, but this irestore device does not cover the entire scalp, sides and back, but only the top, top sides and top back. My hair thinning not only is on the top of my head, but also the sides above my ears and the sides behind my ears all the way to the back of my head down to the bottom of my scalp. In other words, the entire scalp. When I comb my hair back the thinning is very noticeable on the sides above my ears. I would get the irestore device, but the cap you showed that looks a lot like a cyclist's safety helmet does not even cover the areas I need help with the most. What do you advise?
donneone this covers the entire scalp
dr dray did you upload two videos on the aame day on purpose? If you do twice a day I'll be so happy
Two videos in a day!!!
Happy Wednesday
The top of the scalp is the biggest problem area. Hopefully the tech keeps getting better over the next several years 💪
👍
I have the exact opposite problem. I have very fine rare hair on the sides and pretty full hair on top ugh..
Does it have outlets for other countries? I’m in Canada but would like to travel and be able to use it elsewhere.
Also, I noticed the laser goes onto your forehead. I don’t want hair growing on my forehead.
what's the difference between led light mask and led light hair? can i use the led light mask on my hair ?
Do you know how long the lasers are good for? Does it have a max amount of hrs?
Dr Dray ,if i buy irestore ID-500 ,is that right for my hair?? I just had early hair loss
Any advice on acne around the shoulder area??
Dr Dray, I’ve read (even in literature from iRestore) that these devices cause hair loss prior to regrowth. That makes me very hesitant! Can you provide further insight? Thank you!
they restart the growing cycle...so whatever hairs are in the resting/shedding phase will shed to make way for the new growth cycle
Thanks for the response.
Thank you Dr. Dray for clearing up the confusion on these different devices. I have signed up for the weekly give away for the iRestore. I am curious, do you use this device personally on a regular basis? Does it get hot? I will check out your video for hair supplements. Thank you again for all your professional advice & hard work. I am so glad I found your channel. God bless 🙏, Robyn 🙋♀️👏👏👍🤗
it does not get hot
@@DrDrayzday Thank you Dr. Dray, are you using this device? You have beautiful & thick hair! I was just curious.
God bless,
Robyn

The link to sign up for the weekly giveaway. Thank you for this information.. Do you know what the wavelength
Do you have any experience with iGROW?
Do these things discolor silver/gray/white hair? Does it help with female pattern baldness occurring with age?
Another UA-camr that I watch uses this same device. She’s had a lot of success using this and she has made a progress video. If anyone wants to see her progress, her name is Cassie and her channel name is Thrift Thick.
What a treat two videos in a day 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼☀️🧴 thank you Dr Dray!!!
Skincare Lover thanks for watching
Is there a difference between clinically proven effective versus fda approved effective?
I have a question about these helmets. My guess is that the laser beam should reach the follicule as precise as possible, same as with hair removal laser, right? That's why, in addition to not get burnt, you need to shave before each session. Do the mane and hair strands not stay in the way of the beam? Hairmax laserband separates the strands so that the laser can reach the scalp. I don't have any one, I'm just wondering.
Close contact and even distribution is important for the outcome. The helmet will work through thinning hair, but you are right in that more widespread balding is likely to have better uptake
No one has mentioned this working after chemotherapy... any thoughts?
Can you be my dermatologist, please?! I've learned so much from your videos!
Hi Dr. Dray, Thank you for this review. I had chemo 2 years ago, and my hair had been returning nicely, with its former density. Then, about 1 year later, it started to fall out and became quite sparse at the crown, and baby fine in texture. I’ve been using Rogain for past 4 months as recommended by my Derm. My hair has come back to a degree, still not my former density or texture. I purchased the IRestore helmet after watching your review. Excited to see if this device will restore my hair. One question...Does the light penetrate areas covered by hair, or does it mainly have effect on the areas of scalp that are exposed by parting ?
Iris Kaufman, it looks like maybe you have been using it for several months, may I ask your results?
Hi Marsha, I’ve been using the IRestore helmet religiously since Jan 2020, also using Rogaine . I have had excellent regrowth, which continues to improve. I am tempted to wean off of the Rogaine, and go with using only the helmet. A little nervous about trying this. Not sure how much regrowth to attribute to the helmet by itself, as the combination worked beautifully for me.
Thank you for your input on this! Are you using the one with 52 lights?
I have the IRestore Pro
282 lights. I just looked at their website, they’re having a sale $300 off.
You threw me off for a minute with the secomd video! Woohoo bonus!
Kelly Happy Wednesday
Cool does it work good on afros? Ues I suppose. How can I yext this product?
Did you experience hair loss (before growth) with this device?
My husband has the irestore essential and honestly I do think it’s made a difference in his bald spot on top. Of course I tell him he looks like he’s communicating with aliens when he wears it lol.
Glad to hear! It can make a difference in terms of pattern hair loss
@D B How long did you use it?
Hi are the helmets safe to use and can they cause any sort of cancer on the scalp?
