“The second bedroom is rubbish.” The most honest property agent I’ve seen, I like his honesty and I agree with him it’s pretty much unusable as a bedroom, bit of a shame.
There is no window so it can't even be called a bedroom.
And still not that bad in compare, what you can get for the same money in my city (Czech Republic)
I've been carefully going through feedback and I don't like the idea of being one of those estate agents, so I will give you complete honesty in every video going forward
Nice big living room and balcony. Full size sink and oven too. So much bigger than the usual condo.
I also love the big open plan living space.
The condo review started off so well, disregarding the ugly tablecloth, the balcony, living, dinning and kitchen areas are terrific but, then you got to the bedrooms and bath, where the value plummeted. It appears there was no effort put into renovating these areas and, especially, that crocodile tiling in the shower has to go. When you mentioned 2 bed 1 bath, I was thinking more of a Jack & Jill setup and not this awkward mess. Accessing the bathroom from the master is very inconvenient and hopefully the laminate on the balcony is weatherproof. But, hey, keep up the good work. These videos are helping me with my choice of which location to buy.
Bathroom is usually hardest to update.
Thanks for your honesty.
I agree that the bedroom space and bathroom was less than ideal and more thought could have gone into it by the current owner, but as is often the case with Chinese buyers, they put zero thought into the practicality for any future buyers (I'm sure such comment which get me in trouble but it is generally true)
and most costly, so sadly most skip over it
I like the Japanese style of this condo! I do find the laminate flooring on the (beautiful) balcony worrying.
The table cover killed it for me otherwise I'd be interested! Joke before you start about me moaning lol
Haha it killed it for me too
I really like this condo, small 2nd bedroom and all. Id use it for an office, maybe have a Murphybed installed.
It would definitely work as an office space. It's just the lack of a window that makes it a little gloomy as an office
3'6" fridge freezer lol. You get more honest every time I comment. Getting better.
I do try
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND That's all any of us can do.
You forgot to mention that you can obviously drive around the apartment if you are lazy. 😂That crazy 2nd bedroom and the way the dining is laid out is terrible, otherwise it’s interesting.
It wasn't mentioned as sadly when I tried to use it the battery was dead and I couldn't find a charger! otherwise it could have been a very interesting tour ;)
Did you say a single unit is 2.5 million can my daughters buy in a thai name they have Thai ID cards 🪪 but are British and Thai ?
We have some smaller units that are fully furnished on the market for just over 2.5 million
ua-cam.com/video/i2Pj_8DFj8M/v-deo.html
And yes, your daughter could purchase using her Thai ID as long as it is valid
Doesn't the seller usually pay the transfer fee?
Very rarely. Normally split 50/50. Only on new builds might the developer pay the full transfer fee
Price is well worth it if the 1973 writing art on the wall is included..lol
All included lol
For any buyers, please in mind that the current price reflect the surge related to the war in Ukraine in area of 30% to 40%. A lot of Russians are buying properties in Thailand. Once the war is done, the premium might/should go away. Of course there are always unexpected developments. Like Boris Jonson is working very hard to turn UK into second Ukraine.
Boris Johnson is not even in government now. What are you on about?
Some people just like to chat sh*t for attention
Whilst Russian's are buying properties, View Talay still remains popular with European investors for its reasonable price. Russians are buying up new builds or projects that haven't even broken ground yet. But thank you for your wonderful insight! Especially where my home country will be a second Ukraine. It's lucky you are so well informed. Thank you
